Okay this is what I would do: Breakfast-Oatmeal with nuts and fruit or yougart with 1/4cup of cereal and fruit, or a smoothie with fruit and pb or what ever you want in moderation Snack-a citrus fruit- orange Lunch- a salad or a sandwich with one fruit Snack- an apple or prezels(look at the serving size) Dinner- a lean meat veggies and fruit make sure you burn off at least 500 calories at the gym. Okay start running at least 10minutes each day. An average person could run 1mile in 10minutes so this means you will burn more than 100calories! Then get on the treadmill and burn some more by walking at an inclination level of some sort. Also do weights. Weights help you burn a lot of calories too. Remember to stretch at the end too. You can also do crunches planks pushups burpees etc Hope Ive helped, Ashley

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You said he right words , you eat too much . Weight is controlled , not so much by what you eat , but how much.
The only way you'll ever loose weight is by appetite control . There's no safe "magic pill " , or anything else . Food makes fat - - - when eaten in larger amounts than the body requires to stay healthy and strong . Good luck .

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

Tabulate and calculate your calories intake and output. That would be the best solution.

By the way, Atkin's diet has often been criticized as being unhealthy in the long time. Even the founder himself, died after a prolonged period.
