cuz our s-3 was really the only one that really did work in the battalion and they kicked him out for some stupid reson and we dont know wat to do to get him back in the jrotc program so can some one help us thanks

Well if he spelled like you do, no wonder they kicked him out.
The only people who know why he was kicked out, are him and your JROTC instructors.
So it will be up to them, to bring him back.
Have you asked the instructors why he was removed from the program ?
