THIS IS A SARCASTIC QUESTION SEE IF IT IS SAFE!
we all know now that replying to violation emails is a waste of time and energy. Do you understand the mentality of folk who report a song title as a violation..... Yet one can be insulted with foul language and ignorant insults and they are left alone. To be honest now i say bring it on you fools to the so called trolls. One guy once said that i over react, poppycock i am speaking for everyone who is decent. that is the vast majority on here. Love to all xxx....... Sorry agree or disagree. Make an old gran happy. a young gran.

Well said. I totally agree with you, I have had violations for no obvious reason and yet I continue to see hurtful and hateful posts on here.

You are a welcome ray of sunshine and I enjoy your puzzles, although I never get the answer quick enough to post !

Books have prologues to give you sort of a background on what you're going to be reading about. Not every book has a prologue. It doesn't matter how a prologue is started, it all depends on how much information you want to say about the book, or it could be somewhat of an authors note, where they just describe what the book is going to be about. The thing at the end of a book is an epilogue, which will most of the time end the book by saying how the character/whatever ended up. It will sort of finish the book up if the last chapter didn't do that.

Yes, I largely agree.

However, you should respond to violation emails. True, most of the time they never restore your question/answer, but it keeps you from getting suspended. On occasion, they do investigate. I have had several answers removed for supposed CoCV's. I always respond to these with "If my answer is considered rude or offensive, then the question should be removed, as my answer merely mirrored the question with a difference of opinion". I then remind them that with over 8,000 answers and a best answer rating that is usually over 30%, That I am an assest, not a hinderance to the Y!A community.

I have actually recieved replies and have had questions removed by idiots who could dish it out, but not take it. Defend your account.

I agree, Im new to this but im staying away from any religious questions now as I merely answered what my religion was (which was RC) and I got flagged and load of thumbs down - how bizarre is that. I thought this is a q&a not a free for all? I think there are some very bored ppl out there who find it fun to go after other users

when a troll or two reports a question or answer it is a server that deletes , and sends the violation e-mail.Ask and if no reply keep asking yahoo customer services,if you thought the material did not deserve a violation. As you know ,I had this problem lately and when I enquired with customer services I got the question restored and a full return of points....twice in less than 24 hours. We can beat the thoughtless people this way.In the end the troll got bored.Best of luck.

I agree. Some of the things you get a violation for are a joke. As some people get more than half a dozen a day, I have stopped caring.

Thank you for expressing what I am feeling. I received a violation notice this morning over something that was very funny and inocuous.
