There is this girl at my job that I like and she is goin through a tough time bc of what happens in her previous relationships she has been in. she is depress about it, she is depressed by the fact that she thinks she did something wrong in the relationship and is tired of bein used then dumped. I would like to make her feel better, during lunch she talks with the other females. What can i do or say? Im a nice guy and all, and i truly do like her and i would def love to get to know her. What is the best thing i can do or say to her, i want her to know that i can be there for her to develope a stronger friendship then lead to relationship

I'm not good AT ALL with word problems. Writing them as equations and all. Anyway, if you could just show me how to write these following word problems as Quadratic Equations, I can finish them myself. Solve them that is. Here are the questions.


Model each problem with a quadratic equation. Then Solve.

17. Find the length of the side of a square with an area of six hundred and twenty five feet squared. (625 ft^2)

18. Find the radius of a circle with an area of one hundred and fifty three, point eight six feet squared. (153.86 ft^2)

high school im a year older. weve been dating for a couple months and secretly for the first few before we got caught. her mom doesnt approve and has cut off mearly all connectoin with her, shes grounded from seeing me for years, until she leaves for college basically (btw we're very serious about each other, we already say we love each other and i really do). she goes with her everywhere, for ex. if she stays after school her mom has to be there to keep an eye on her. whenever she talks to her mom she cries, and she doesnt like talking about it with me. i hate seeing her unhappy, and if i talk to her mom the way i want to shes prob gonna cut us off completely no phone or comp. so im stuck i dont know how to help, it makes me cry and very depressed seeing her depressed about this and just please any advice how to help?

Some say that the reason religion divides the way it does is because people are fanatical about their beliefs and would risk ANYTHING for their god (or for their religious convictions). I'm not sure if that is the case... but I'm interested in finding out.

Would you deny your God/beliefs in order to keep a friendship?

Would you deny your God/beliefs to save your life?

Would you give up your God/beliefs to save the life of someone close to you?

Would you deny your God/beliefs to maintain peace between countries?

Would you kill for your God if he asked you to?

(or for nonbelievers: would you kill in order to promote nonbelief).

And if the answer is no - at what point do you draw the line?

I have a question about traffic on the 118 & 210 freeway.
I live in Pacoima and might get a jobin sylmar, it would require me to take both of those freeways. Is there a lot of traffic @ around 6:50 am? If so what are my options. Should I go down foothill

My employer received a letter from the IRS, telling my employer to change my withholding to zero, the letter stated that I am not entitled to claim the withholding I am claiming and the IRS is telling my employer to change it to zero - can the IRS do this and does my employer have to do what this letter said? Its not some “court order” just a letter. Can I fight this issue?

I have some evidence that she might be cheating, and that its been a problem in the past. I have alraedy asked her about it a lot, and she says nothing happened at all and to trust her. Its hard though seeing what i found written about this guy. she said things like i have a crush on him, i feel like a school girl again. In nervous/excited and all the inbetween. Did he tell you what he said, i hope he likes me, he seemed to. Those are just a couple of things. Anyway,she already got real mad at me cuz i kept bugging her about it even though she told me the first time.
