Embroidery--I loved it, but my fingers are quite arthritic. I love sketching but now my right hand doesn't hold still for very long because of Dystonia--a relative of Parkinson's. We use to strap on backpacks and hike for hours, up the hills holding on to trees, etc. However, I am thankful that I can still walk, not far, but I can walk. I can use the keyboard and keep in touch with family and friends. There is a lot I can do and I am very thankful for that.

Run up a flight of stairs.
Bend down with bent knees.
Arm wrestle the lads at work.
Attract the opposite sex.
Never mind, I'm still breathing, you have to be grateful for something.
