What is the advantage to a receiver that has HDMI pass through and that doesn't upconvert the other video that is inputted? Most have 2 hdmi inputs. I understand if your TV has one hdmi input, then its useful. But if the TV has 2 inputs, and you put everything through the receiver, you will need 3 hdmi cables. Obviously if the receiver can decode the audio via the hdmi, great, but most don't do that yet. I know if you have 2 hdmi sources, you are getting rid of one less input on the tv, and won't have to change the tv and receiver, but is that the only advantage? Anything that I am missing? Please enlighten me.

Planning out a new computer, leaning towards a 3.0ghz 1333fsb system (Dell XPS 420). Since Windows typically can't handle more than 3.2gb of ram (unless your running an OS 64), which is better.

I do alot of gaming so this is my priority when it comes to quicking hardware components.

I'm assuming the 3gb at 800 would be better for the fact that the speed is closer to the bus speed on the system and since windows can't handle 4gb to begin with, am I correct in this?

I appreciate all the help tremendously. 10 points to the best answer within a day or two.

Tails serve several purposes, the most obvious of which is balance. Since balance is more difficult for bipeds than quadrupeds, it seems like a tail would be particularly useful for bipeds.

Though arms are pretty good for balance, humans like to use their arms for tasks like carrying babies, spears or other weapons, making it more difficult to use arms for balance. Is two million years too short a period to evolve tails?

Hey I just downloaded a movie off of the internet and I wanted to burn it onto a DVD so i could watch it on my TV.

What program should I use to do that? I have Roxio.


Also, I have a movie as a ".bin" file. Should i just move that whole movie onto the cd and burn it? Or do i need to extract it or seomthing?

Is it possible that 10 or 11 DPO is too early for a positive beta test? My level was under 5 but since HCG only doubles every 2-3 days could it still be possible? My temps are still up and I am due for AF on Friday.
