And one more thing:
I remember that some people who answered your other questions said women don't like the way you're making yourself vulnerable. I disagree, it's adorable :) And shows how much you really care, that you're willing to do all this, and in public.

Darth put it very, very well. You have to assess the possible outcomes, given the actions available to you.
I'm curious why you're more concerned with looking like "an idiot" to someone else than you are with pursuing a possibility that *may* lead to happiness? EVERYONE looks like an idiot sometime in their lives; it's truly not the worst thing that could happen.
And Moon is 100% correct; vulnerability is adorable, just don't wait too long, or your chance may be gone forever. Then you'll be kicking yourself.

What are you scared of? Is it the looks, it doesn't always have to be looks. Women usually like intelligent men and don't insist on looks as men do and you seem brilliant judging your posts here. So dude give it a try, and don't be embarresed of being refused. Nothing to lose, you are already losing by not declaring your love, and you seem idiot for not declaring. If you are brilliant enough, you must declare it.

If you do "make an idiot" of yourself, how bad is it, anyway?
As far as I can see, there are three outcomes :
1. you "make an idiot" of yourself
2. the lady feels the same way about you, or is at least willing to entertain the idea
3. You never say anything.
What would you think of outcome 1 in a year from now?
What would you think of outcome 2 in a year from now?
What would you think of outcome 3 in a year from now?

Of course it is! Love comes from loving yourself first and by doing so you only ever love yourself first before you even think about loving another, it is not selfish just realistic, how would you ever know what true love is if you've never loved before? It starts with you!
