I don't sniffle/sneeze/have post nasal drip/cough/have runny eyes/running nose...none of that. Why? Take care of your
body, and it will take care of you.
Is it time for a glass of wine
yet? Its 5:20pm here on the
coast. Oh thanks, yes I will
if you please.

In the last year I've begun to use herbs, vitamins and natural remedies. They are working. At the first sign of a cold, I take Echinecha forte and Airborn. I've learned that the studies may not be accurate sometimes because the quality of the herbs used is important as well as how they are processed. I also take antioxidants, and immune system boosters. So far in a year, I haven't gotten sick.

"Healthy as a Horse" the old saying goes....I take a multi vitamin and a B complex everyday and it seems to do the trick. Plus, not being around small children in my everyday life probably helps the health, but not the Grandma blues!

I'm ok too, except allergies. The temperature keeps going up and down and we've had some wind. I try to always wear something over my ears that helps me a lot. I take a multivitamin and drink lots of liquids too. Thanks for the info.

I wash my hands often and when coming home wash my hands with (rubbing) alcohol to kill germs. Seems to do the job unless someone sneezes in my face.
