I got in an accident last year and have my court date on the twelth, and well what happened is the lady in front of me got cut off and I couldn't avoid hitting her so I was wondering if my ticket will stand for causing the accident and failure to controll speed I have a sworn statement from the lady I hit saying what happened or will I get another point on my liscence

After he called me and told me he couldnt walk , was on a walker I really felt for him . I started coming over and cooking,cleaning , shopping.We broke up because I wanted to get married and he didnt.Well Ive been helping him for about 3 months and he wont be able to walk for another month.2 weeks ago we found out his Dad has cancer.Its lung cancer and he is very weak ,not eating and in and out of the hospital.His mom and Dad love me.However my Ex has been a jerk to me all weekend talking to me like Im a moron. .Well I locked myself out of my car and he kept taunting me saying why dont you call your brothers to help you.Your a pitiful orphan your own brothers wont help you.Well Im not close to my brothers and the one was out of town the other couldnt of helped me.So I called a locksmith. I wanted to punch him in the mouth I mean I just want to walk away.However I did have sunday supper with his folks.His Dad wants us to go to church as a family.He is in bad shape.I dont knowwhat 2 do

Hi there,

I have bought a portable air conditioner that has a window kit (am renting, so can't cut holes in walls etc). The problem I have is that the only "window" in my bedroom is actually two doors. I can keep one closed and open one, but don't have any idea how to seal off the opening to stop hot air entering. Would LOVE some advise.

my friend is on social secuity disability and has Medicare health insurance, her daughter is on Minnesota Care, right now things are ok cause she is about $60 under the line of making to much for her daughter to be on the Minnesota care, from what I understand if she got a job and made that extra money each month she would go over the limit and her daughter would be cut off, I am also on social security disability and I know that the amount we get goes up every year, in a few years when the amount she gets from social security is more than the limit will her daughter be cut off or does that only count if she makes the extra money working? Sorry if this does'nt make sense, I can't think of how to word it.

I got a 7MP brand new not even a month ago, and while the pictures I take look great in the view finder, they look like crap on my computer. A friend of mine had changed some features to make pictures more high quality (not sure what he did) but the pictures are really awful. I had an EasyShare before, a 3.1MP, and it took way better pictures than this. Any suggestions?

the electric/gas company switched the gas water heaters out for our entire apartement/townhouse community this past year, and put in these new, smaller, and less-efficient ones. The old ones held 60 gallons of water, and used a norml amount of gas and electric to run them, but these new ones are only 40 gallons, and cost twice as much to run. On the EnergyStar yellow label, this new one's about a quarter inch from the WORST POSSIBLE RATING. Even in the summer, the gas bill doubled, and this winter's going to SUCK, but we can't change it out because we rent. Do the water heater insulation wraps work at all, or are we just screwed?

I ask this here because I think that female "characters" (quirky people with a mix of strengths and weaknesses) are less common on (American) TV.

For example, the characters I think I am most like are Det. Gorin on Law and Order: CI, Adrian Monk on Monk, and Grissom on CSI. (I'd mention a dearth of black "characters" too.) But I don't see many female characters like that.

I am a very paranoid person and have never hd a fever blister/oral herpes on my lip before. Well 2 days ago I got a small what looked like pimple but did not have a whitehead right at the top of my lip. I decided to squeeze it but seemed to make it more inflamed. It is very small hardly noticeable at all and not noticeable with makeup. Does this sound like oral herpes or just a pimple?? What does the fever blister usually look like and does it get bigger as the days go on? This had stayed the same size.
