Hello there, ive got a question im stuck with...
a few weeks ago, i met this 13 year old girl, we both really like each other,
But the problem is that i'm 18 and shes 13, and i dunno if its a good idea to go out with her or not, She really seams to want to go further, as shes tryed to kiss me a few times already. Which ive sorta rejected..
I know all the Age of Consent laws and whatnot, So Sex is out of the question for now..
I know some people think that 18's are usually rough n stupid, Which im not, Im a very quiet, caring & shy type of person, So i wouldnt do anything stupid.. And she seams to act really mature also, and doest clown around like most 13 year olds do, and she is probably more shy than i am..
So i guess the main part of the question is "Is it okay to go out with a 13 year old girl for just cuddles and kisses, but not sex?"
And what would you think if you saw an 18 and a 13 year old holding hands walking down the street that you didnt know?
Okay thanks dudes!

I'm a junior in high school, and I'm beginning to take the tests -- SAT I's, SAT II's, ACT's -- in prepration for college. I'm having trouble deciding what school I want to go to, because I am unsure of my major. I am very much interested in art (I've taken all the art classes, and I plan to take AP art next year) I am also interested in psychology -- just because it seems fascinating (but I have not taken a psychology class yet, so I don't really know what kind of studying it involves) Some of my friends suggest taking Art as my major, and others suggest taking English language as my major, which I am also slightly interested in. So, I'm pretty much interested in everything except science. How should I choose my major?

When she finished her first batch she took the film to be developed. After a week she went to get the finished photos. The clerk said the photos were not back from the processor.
Needless to say, she was disappointed and started to cry. The clerk, trying to console her, said,“Don’t worry. Someday your prints will come”.

First of all I am Christian but I am a thinking Christian, I believe God gave me a mind of my own to look at the world and question, and He rejoices in my search for the truth so please no comments about how I am not a "true Christian".

Lets all get on the same page here, can we agree that Heaven has no clock meaning a moment in heaven is equal to 100 years on earth. With that being said lets start with Evolution, I watched a very good documentary called "Friends of God" on HBO and in the movie children were being taught that Evolution never happened, as a human with more than a 1st grade education I know this is ignorant. The Bible says that God created heaven and earth in 6 days but seeing as we have already established that heaven has no clock could the 6 days really be millions of years? And through those millions of years God created dinosaurs, and all of the things that Christians have come to discredit?

There is more so please do not answer yet.

I am 38 wks pregnant with my first baby and we (my husband and I) had planned, or rather wished to have a girl first for many reasons one of which was that he being the last child in his family has all his senoir siblings having girls as first child and did not want to be different. So we had always refered to the baby as a girl only to find out from ultrasound scan that the baby is a boy! How would you advise I take the news and what would u do if u were in my shoes?

I know it is not specifically in the Constitution, but it was my understanding it was pretty much there...would that sentence be expressing a personal point of view? Or is it a fact?

Is there a way I could state this concept without it being my opinion?

I just found out by a site search that my husband has a judgment against him for $700.00 for rent and damages to teh apartment he rented for 3 months. He moved homes and jobs. We were never notified of this small claims hearing. Since he failed to show up in February 06, the judge granted his landlord the full amount. (one of the damages was the toilet not working, but it stopped working a month after living there and the landlord never fixed it, now he says that it was working fine, etc.) anyway, we never paid this or knew we had to pay this. What should we do? Are they going to come looking for their money?? The case is still open with the court.

OK.....

while I know that the subject of A-Rod is getting extremely old, I wanted to ask this question from the view point of the Yankees and not A-Rod.

The Yankees veminently claimed that they would not persue him if he opted out, and as we all know he did. Now the Yankees are willing to offer him arbitration, my belief is not for the hopes of luring him back to New York for it appears to me that A-Rod is burning bridges that he shouldn't be burning, after all New York made him a very rich man, but instead for the draft picks that they will gain.

Agree or disagree with this position?
Also....
Do you believe that New York is wise in doing this, from a business standpoint, as in "protecting its assets" or do you feel that New York is selling out and going back on its word?

I am anxious to hear what some of you have to say
