I have an Acer Aspire L310 miniature desktop computer and it has a pre-installed Windows Vista Home Premium. Vista is a great OS and it runs smoothly on my computer. But the games aren't. Vista's way of using too much memory and the known compatibility issues may have been causing it. I was thinking of installing Windows XP with an unused serial number, but I'm not sure if it will make the games faster.

My specs:
Windows Vista Home Premium
250 Hard Disk Space
1 GB RAM (I can still upgrade this up to 2 GB)
Intel Core 2 Duo
Intel 946GZ Graphics Card
DVD-RW drive

What do you think is better to do? Keep Vista, install XP or just upgrade my computer with more memory and/or a compatible external graphics card (if there is one)? Plus, the game I commonly play is GTA: Vice City with Back to the Future 0.2d mod. I hope this little info also helps.

My fiance and I are planning on having five children when we get married. Trouble is...we really like names, and want to use one first name and two middle names. What do you think of these? The last name will be Trevathan.

Lately my sister acting like a right old b*tch and i just cant stand her at times,
shes so moody,she graduated from university on july and ever since shes been stuck at home looking for a job,i think shes depressed or something,
but that doesn't mean she needs to make me feel so low ,we always have fights and end up pulling each others hair out or scratching each other,

and the worst thing is i have to share a room with that cow,and she acts like a kid when she older then me (i am the youngest)

and i don't want to talk to her about it because we'd end up having an argument,my parents don't help either,they say that i should just ignore her behavior because shes got nothing better to do,

i know i can be annoying at times when i don't realise it but since shes the older one shouldn't she just ignore it or something, rather then jumping down my throat?!!

what should i do?

I am a single mom of a 6 year old boy. We moved out to the east coast 2 years ago and its just us- no other family. Since I am working some longer hours and he shuffles from school to daycare to home with a babysitter. Is it ok for me to get him a cell phone? I am thinking its a good way for me to be in touch with him as well as having our family back home being able to reach him without having to go through me or wait until I get home. I also figure this might give him incentive to talk to the family more on "his" phone more since he hates doing it from mine.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I do art things like airbrushing and caricatures at functions, corporate events and stuff but my managers said I'm really not supposed to accept tips? Why? Don't people usually get tips at functions. I don't know the rhyme or reason why I shouldn't. Does it just look bad?

It usually happens in the winter time, and its about twice a month. Is there something I am doing wrong? But, if we were all just a cosmic accident and are all here by chance and when we die nothing happens then whats the point of being here. If you really stop an think about it that would'nt make any type of sense. I mean if thats the case why go to work, why not just run around all day doing whatever you want ( some people do lol) and not have to suffer any back lash. Im not saying people have to believe in God thats your choice but, just think about it

k. im 1 of those girls who tries 2 resolve conflist w/ friends. this happened recently. so one of mi friends is in the soccer clique and mi other friend is in the girlygirl clique. they had a big arguement. i got stuck in the middle, they were telling me things behind eachothers backs.. and then the other girl would be like, "what did she say about me?" now they both want me 2 b their friend but they dont want me 2 b riends w/ both of them. I live in a condo area and my neighbors on each side in the last year adopted small dogs that yip and yap at absoloutely anything because they've not been trained and are not walked frequently enough. Any noise will set them off. A fly...a falling leaf...any disturbance or change in their sequestered little world will set them off barking and I'm getting sick of the noise. I love dogs, really I do. But I'm not going to walk my neighbors dogs for them and I doubt I could convince them to watch The Dog Whisperer on Animal Planet and pick up some basic advice on dog training. I'm not so low as to poison the dogs (a heinous crime). But they're a nuisance and I'm reluctant to cause neighbor strife by complaining to the police. The barking is'nt all day or night...just intermittant throughout the day but it is that little yappy dog barking that just pisses you off, you know?. And no-one can exit or enter the front or back without setting off a barking party. Any bright ideas?
