that depends on the night, of course there are things i do before i go to sleep, such as maybe make love to my wife, watch nick at nite, play games on my phone, but the very, very absolute last thing i do before i go to sleep is very simple. i close my eyes. lol

in simple terms imagining what it may be choose for to visits the abode I grew up in lower back. I omit that place plenty and it makes me unhappy/chuffed to think of roughly it. large difficulty to pass to sleep to.
