It shouldn't matter who it is that's abusing you, you need to tell a person you trust that can help you. Can you trust your father and talk to him about it? You're 14 yrs old so you're old enough to know when something isn't right and what your stepmom is doing isn't okay. Talk to your father and if for whatever reason he doesn't believe you, I suggest you talk to someone at your school. A guidance counselor maybe or a teacher that you can trust and are comfortable with.
Don't let this continue! Speak to someone immediately or call the hotline that another poster provided. But be sure to stop this immediately and get some help!

I would tell an adult that you trust and your dad. If you're dad doesn't listen then you need to talk to a school counselor or something. Is there some way that you can move back in w/ your real mom? If worse comes to worse call the police on her. Nobody deserves to be treated like that. Especially at your age. Get help and get out.

Hi.. i'm really sorry to hear about your problem, hon.
My son went through the same thing when he was living with his Dad for a couple of years... He would call me crying and finally, i told him to stand up and confront his step-mother when her and his father were together.
He did... she got mad and left for a few hours... she denied it at first, but then made amends with my son.
Perhaps your step mom has issues or some sort of problem and she is taking it out on you? YOU really need to tell your Dad, and make sure she is RIGHT THERE when you do...
It might take some courage, but you dont' deserve to be mistreated.
If all else fails, perhaps talk to another relative or adult you trust and respect for advice and help.
Sending hugs

Talk to an adult that you trust like another family member, a school counselor or a neighbor.

Tell another adult you trust. Or your real mum or dad.
