Yeah, they are highly disorganized there. I had the same thing happen. They tracked me down after four years. However, show up and act like a gentleman, dress properly, and they will understand why it took so long -- the prosecutors there know that their system is broken. I got my three tickets reduced to a total of $40, where it could have been hundreds.

Any time you don't show up for a ticket or let your insurance lapse in NY, your license is suspended. So if you've gotten your license renewed since then, you should be OK. But Nassau is generally not to bad. Even if you lose, they'll cut it way down usually. Hope you got Garden City, they're the best.

If you failed to appear the statute of limitations is suspended because you were "on the run." These should have prevented you from getting a driver's license renewal.

i locate that I regularly get those violation notices when I deliver a question to vote casting. i think of a million, 3 and four(religious zealots who think of they are doing God's artwork in the international) it could desire to no longer be 2, because of the fact i'm never friendly. notice, i'm no longer speaking approximately those I positioned up that could desire to be considered offensive, only people who're no longer offensive.

IN NASSAU COUNTY YOU WILL HAVE THE COURTS LISTED. CONTACT THE CLERK OF THE COURT FOR MORE INFORMATION.

THE ONLY THING I COULD THINK OF IS YOUR ADDRESS FINALLY CAUGHT UP WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE MOVED FREQUENTLY (3) TIMES IN THE LAST YEARS.
