You probably are. It might just be temporary and normal since you are going through a tough time. If you think you need the help you can always find someone to talk to. Chances are that as soon as things get better, you won't get those thoughts anymore.

Life is not a bed of roses. Supposing it were perhaps the softness itself may make us uncomfortable. Rana Pratap ,the king of Mewad had resolved no to sleep on a bed of grass till he regained his kingdom which had been usurped by the Mughal Emperor. His descendents observe this resolution to this day. They keep some grass below the soft cotton mattress they sleep on.Even presuming you had had no problems in life this indebtedness, this estrangement perhaps life would have been tasteless for you. Conflict is a part of life. Had the arobreal ancestors of human preferred the comfortable life of dwelling on trees rather than bother about building houses etc. they would not have evolved and we would still be in the simian age.It chose to walk on the hind legs which had a multiplier effect and it developed into humans.Look at life in this way and you depression will evaporate into thin air.

A little soon to be depressed but you are certainly upset. Keep yourself busy and push the bad thoughts out of mind as best you can and think positive and the bad thoughts and feelings will go away (in time).

How long can you keep those bad thoughts at bay? Are you a danger to yourself?
If you can keep control of your thoughts long enough to give this situation a couple of weeks to marinate, the depression may subside.
If you're a danger to yourself, you need help now. Call a friend to come over and help. Visit the www.nami.org site where they can refer you to drs. or hospitals, whichever you feel is necessary. They can help with the financial end of things, too.
Anytime you're on the brink of harming yourself, it's an emergency. If you're not up to finding a dr. or hospital, call 911. It is an emergency. 911 will help you get the help you need. Believe me, I know.
These dark thoughts of hurting yourself are like blackbirds trying to roost in our tree (mind). We can let them sit there and invite their friends, or we can chase them away. Distraction, exercise, social support, ANYTHING, but don't be stupid. Let someone help you. All you have to do is ask.

You think?
Here's a thought, just don't pay any attention to your problem. Just notice it and do your best to move on. You do not have the power to change the past, analizing it will only bring you in circles. Just get your act together and things will work out. They always do.
