Mesa, AZ Small Claims Court - Dismissed with Prejudice. I was sued 2 years ago for a disputed amount owed. The plaintiff did not appear on the court date as he had requested a continuance which was subsequently denied. The case was dismissed with prejudice against the plaintiff. He has since turned it over to a collection agency who continues to call and harrass me for payment. The collection company is now threatening legal action against me. Can they do this? What can I do to get them to leave me alone?

My son got a stomach virus and my husband and I picked it up from him yesterday and we both got sick. Well, I got to lay around some but most of the time I was having to get up to make chicken noodle soup for my husband, bring him gatorade, and take care of our nineteen month old baby (of course I get sick when he gets well) so I don't get much rest. Then the next day my husband starts complaining about how bad the house looks and how disorganized everything is. I am a stay at home mom, he works and he can call in, but I'm a bad person because I don't quite get the house sparkly enough for him even though I am sick. Does anyone else ever have this problem I am expected to take care of everything and everyone when my family is sick, but on the other hand because I am not sweeping and mopping all day I am a bad person. Who takes care of us, there is no daycare or family member to hand my son over too, and my husband clearly isn't empathetic so what do you do?

I started volunteering at my Humane Society and it's a lot of fun. Sometimes I play with the cats or clean cat cages. There are two cross-eyed cats.

Well anyway, both times I have held them and played with them they have been very sweet and the info on their charts also says they are very nice. The other day I was telling my dad about them and how I hoped the one was going to get adopted I mentioned he was cross-eyed. My dad freaked out! He said "Cross-eyed cats are crazy mean. Be careful. Stay away from them." Then I asked if he was basing this off one bad expierience and he said no.

Anyway I was just wondering if cross-eyed cats have a stereotype for being mean? My dad can be really weird sometimes and once he forms and opinion he refuses to change his mind but the two I know are sweet. Thanks!

The tallest man ever recorded, Robert Wadlow, reached an unprecedented 8 feet 11.09 inches (2.72 m) in height and weighed 440 pounds at his death. His great size and his continued growth in adulthood were due to hypertrophy of his pituitary gland which results in an abnormally high level of human growth hormone. He showed no indication of an end to his growth even at the time of his death. Do you think this could be induced artificially?

entering the market. Consider each of the following scenarios and determine whether the source of monopoly power derives from the fact that a key resource is owned by a single firm, from the government giving a single firm the exclusive right to produce some good, or from the fact that the costs of production make a single producer more efficient than a large number of producers.

Scholastic is the exclusive publisher of the Harry Potter series in the United States because it owns the copyright to the books.

A. Scholastic owns a key resource used to produce Harry Potter books.

I haven't had a gf ever. I am in my late twenties.

I pray all the time to find one. I don't ask for money or expensive things....just a girlfriend.

But everytime I like a girl, she has a boyfriend.

And every girl that likes me and flirts with me has a boyfriend as well.

Why does God and life want to play with my mind like this? Why is it that the one girl that is madly flirting with me has a boyfriend?

I won't make her cheat. I just want to know why God insults me like this when all I ask is for someone simply to love.
