I recently bought 4 male fancy guppies. I placed them in their own tank that was cycled and densely planted. Their fins were perfect and there was no damage, but after a week or so, their tails became slightly torn. I wanted to know the reason for this and if they will grow back to the way they were. Please help me!

I am desperate, I graduated with a bachelors in Computer Science but have poor communication skills. All jobs require this, and most interviewers immediately disqualify me. I can't get any of the programming jobs because I don't have the experience, so I have been applying for call center, technical support jobs and these require communication the most.

I have no money, have to pay back loans, and probably will have to go to some warehouse and do work side by side with people that have no education and illegal people.

I feel worthless. I know you may be laughing at me.
but I don't know If you could give me any tip or some advice I would be very thankful.

so my dad knows betta fish are my FAVORITE fish, so he got me 2 of them for my birthday, and a sharable tank. ive had them for about 3-4 months, and just now noticed theres 1 fish with a HUGE stomach. we searche it up, and now we are more comfused then ever. is there any help?

I'm trying to dissuade my roommate from smoking, and she's got a godawful cough... it keeps me up at night. Anyway, she thinks it's just something going around because we live in the dorms and it's November, but I think it's smoker's cough.

She said she's smoked about 35 cigarettes ever, and I believe her because she did say a while ago that she was excited to start smoking.

So, could it be smoker's cough?

How can I tell if I have it or not? I'm 13 and my vision has been getting worse every year for just about the past 7 years. I believe there was one year when my vision actually got better, but I dunno. Last I checked, my vision was -9 and -7 in my right and left eye, and I know it's gotten worse this year. Do I have degenerative myopia?

some say jesus = God...but if that was so then wouldn't the trinity be a 2ity? Muslims say the holy Ghost is the Archangel Gabriel...How does the trinity work? was the holy ghost begotten by God? if so when? is not a trinity having a god before God?? How much do you spend for strictly food items from the grocery food for an average month? I crunched the numbers and found that for just our husband and I we spend $400.00 a month on average. That seems rather high to me and wanted to find out how other households fair. This total does not include any type of eating out or take out. I appreciate you all sharing.

I will be graduating with a bachelor's degree in December, so I have started to send out my resume to a few jobs. The main job that I want, and feel qualified for, has an online application process. I uploaded my resume and answered their questions. I received an e-mail a day later stating that they had received my materials and would keep me updated on my status. My question is: how long should I expect to wait before hearing something from them? I've never applied for a "real" job before so I'm not sure how long it takes for them to make a decision on whether or not to give me an interview or whatever they may decide to do. Thanks!

I came upon a very intresting question online. Thought i would share. A person from pennsylvania is a convicted felon in 1999 of statutary sexual assult and burglery. It seems after reserch this person did thier time and has never been convicted of anything again. In fact the kid claims he now has a paralegal degree. So im wondering. In pennsylvaina. Is it possible for a felon to get a educational pardon to pursue law school. Educated answers only please. And NO this is a third party question and it is not me. I am 5'11" which I think is great.
I was working today, and this man comes up to me and asks me how tall I am. Then with his nose scrunched up he goes-thats too tall for a girl-and walks away. How mean was that!! It makes me wonder-do a lot of people think this way?
