I am desperate, I graduated with a bachelors in Computer Science but have poor communication skills. All jobs require this, and most interviewers immediately disqualify me. I can't get any of the programming jobs because I don't have the experience, so I have been applying for call center, technical support jobs and these require communication the most.

I have no money, have to pay back loans, and probably will have to go to some warehouse and do work side by side with people that have no education and illegal people.

I feel worthless. I know you may be laughing at me.
but I don't know If you could give me any tip or some advice I would be very thankful.

I am a recruiter and communication skills are one of the top competencies that we look for. You definately need help. What I would do if in your situation is to find a "buddy" that can help you improve your communication skills. You might be able to ask for help at your college if you are still in school, if you are not then find a friend that is working or someone you know who has great communication skills. You can role play, have them ask you questions and ask for them to critique the way you answer the questions. Do you make eye contact? do you speak loud enough? do you speak clear enough? do you ask questions of the interviewer? do you sound confident in your answers? You can also take a public speaking class. This will shape you up in no time. Look into joining the toast masters. This is a free club with chapters all over the world. They teach you for free how to communicate in public forum. You will master your communication skills in no time. Also be confident, you have something to offer, just need a little fine tuning. Good Luck!

If your communication skills are that bad you surely would not have received a bachelors in computers. Ask your local college or tech school for help. There are so many programs out there that you can practice all aspects of interviewing.
Don't give up, it takes a while to get a job. Don't believe people when they say it's not hard. If you have bills find a entry-level job. You surely will find something with a computer science degree.

If your communication skills are lacking, why don't you try to improve them? There are resources out there. For starters, try going to Toastmasters (http://www.toastmasters.org/) Another possibility is is a Dale Carnegie course. While these are not cheap, what is the cost of not using your expensive degree and you losing your self esteem? Maybe you can get a bit of a loan from your parents and explain your situation? After all, it is most likely their lack of leadership in your up bringing that has caused your lack of communication skills.

I do not know where you are, but it sure isn't South Florida. That you can write a coherent paragraph is more than many of our local lads can do, and that includes their other language(s) as well.

Do you have only a verbal communications issue?

And what does that have to do with programming?

What would happen if you told interviewers up front that your verbal skills are poor and you write logical, complete sentences and paragraphs? [How much documentation is prepared for each programming assignment? was a lot in my day.]
