You should be true to yourself. BUT if you insist.....you can wear foundation a shade lighter than your natural tone. Blend, blend, blend to hide lines.

I am the colour of milk - I can't understand why you would want to be paler, I have always wanted to be more beige!
You could use a pale powder?
Please try to accept yourself and accentuate what you have. Trust me, it isn't worth the bother trying to change something like skin colour. Just take good care of your skin.

Being pale, can also indicate that u are weak or poor lood circulation.
Maybe u should take iron tablet, drink more milk, water, eat more fresh fruit and vegetables.
Wash ur face with papaya soap. That will lighten ur skin colour. Applying lemon juice with honey will natural bleach ur face.
All the best

Use lots of SPF protection creams for your face so the sun avoids your skin.

Lots of make up brands like avon and loreal sell illuminators which gives you a luminous glow. other mineral powders do the same.
