This is a question I am needing help on in my law class, I need three opinion of people, if anyone can help me out that would be wonderful. Thank you in advance.
Bryan and Kelly have been married for five years. Both work, and each earns about $30,00o per year. They have problems paying their bills and often fight over money. One day, Kelly goes shopping and charges groceries, clothes for the children, and a VCR costing over $500.00. Bryan gets angry and tells Kelly that he is not paying for anything.

Questions
Is Bryan responsible for the debts of his wife?

Suppose Bryan was out of work and charged the previously mentioned items without telling his wife. Would she have to pay?

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: "husbands should be required to support their wives, but wives should not have to support their husbands"? Explain why you feel this way?

Today i found out from one of my acquiantances at the gym that he has been going out with this girl for two months,but not to tell anyone,because me and another guy are the only ones he knows)However,For a bit,she would pass by me alot try to be in my section and even engae in friendly conversation with me.Today when i found out,i decided just to leave the matter alon and just be casual with her,anyway today she continued to be very friendly with me,but why would the guy tell me,if he only told another guy?And why would she act this way?

..all my friends are in relationships, are having children, have got/or are getting married. I'm happy for them but I feel so lonely. They ask me a lot 'have I met anyone?'and I laugh it off but inside it hurts. I was in a relationship for 6 years, 3 years ago (it was amazing, and he was one of the most beautiful people I've ever met but I ended our relationship because he couldn't make any commitment which broke my heart and I still feel regret over it.Now I hear he is engaged to a woman he has only known a year). The truth is I would like to have relationship but I don't feel in the right place to be with anyone and don't feel worthy of anyone. I know this sounds pathetic, but I feel I can't move on as no-one compares to this man. I'm 31 (sorry I sound13!!) and know I'm not getting any younger. Please help, I want to enjoy being single!!!! x

I'm not sure why but this year in school I don't take most of my classes seriously. i'm not doing that bad in school, however I do wish I could do better. I just feel like most of school is such a joke and most of the kids at my school don't care about anything that matters. This is my junior year in hs and I know its the most important but its hard to care when you know everyone else doesn't care about what matters, even in the honors classes people just thinks its ok to cheat and bs through everything, as long as theres a good grade for college. no one cares about real education and learning anything. i understand its hard to care about what you're learning when all that matters to colleges are numbers (your overall average) also, i have issues with my schedule, i seem to come home and i plan to study ahead for tests that are coming up, but then whenever i read a textbook i just fall asleep, even if i've already taken a nap. even if i havent gotten much done, i still dont get enough

ok i bought a power converter to convert my pal ps3 220v to 110v...it turned on for a while but it will turn oiff again after few seconds...

I am completely against gays, it is not natural, and it is distasteful. However, I recently found out that one of my friends is pro-gay, and I don't see how some one can truly be a Christian and be perfectly fine with homosexuality. I had a miscarriage 2 months ago and my period has not returned. My doctor prescibed Provera and I took it for 5 days from Oct 25th thru Oct 29th it has been 3 days since I have taken any provera and still no sign of AF. I took a pregnancy test before I started provera and again yesterday just to make sure, both Negitive.

For those of you that have taken it before to induce AF how ling after stopping the pills did AF arrive?

I just bought my house this year and I recieved an Annual Tax Bill and a Supplemental Tax Bill. My fiance heard from someone that works for a Title Company that we do not have to pay the Supplemental Taxes and we will not get fined or will not recieve any penalties. He told him that when we sell the house they will take it off of the sale of the house. I am a little leary...does anyone have any idea? I emailed the la county tax board and am pending a response.

I asked a question before & chose the answer that was more mature.. (even though the other answers were what I said when I got off the phone pissedoff & cussing after talking to them...) but DOESNT HAVING SOMEONE IN A FOREIGN LAND POSE A THREAT TO US AS AMERICANS WHEN THEY HAVE ACCESS TO OUR ACCOUNTS?
