Yes Owen Hart died in an accident, Adrion Adonis died in a car accident, JYD also in a car accident.
There have been several that have died in the ring but not all were WWE performers, Gary Albright died in the ring of a heart attack, Moon Dog Spot also heart attack, Oro of a head injury I believe that is just a few.

On May 23, 1999 Hart fell to his death in Kansas City, Missouri, during the Over the Edge pay-per-view event.[34] Owen was in the process of being lowered into the ring from the rafters of Kemper Arena for a booked Intercontinental Championship match against The Godfather. In keeping with the Blazer's new 'buffoonish superhero' character, Hart was to be lowered to just above ring level, at which time he would release himself from the safety harness and fall flat on his face for comedic effect. It was an elaboration on a Blue Blazer stunt done previously on the Sunday Night Heat before Survivor Series 1998.[35] This time, something went wrong with the stunt harness, apparently triggering the early release mechanism as he was being lowered. Owen fell 78 feet into the ring, smashing his chest on a turnbuckle, throwing him into the ring.

-I know everyone will say Owen Hart off the bat, so getting 10 points is a hard chance to get.

Owen Hart fell fifty feet from the rafters of the stadium shortly before his match back in '99. He was preparing to propel from the ceiling just like HBK did in '96. However, something went wrong and the cables snapped and he fell and hit his head on one of the turnbuckles
