I don't have time for a full-out meal in the mornings before schools, do you have any ideas? I don't like my stomach grumbling before lunchtime.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMHyi

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I have a great recipe that the kids will love, my 11 year old daughter just recently made these for her class for a demonstration project and they were a huge success. 10/10! Easy, healthy and very yummy! FRUIT KEBABS WITH HONEY CREAM DIP! INGREDIENTS AND YOU WILL NEED; A LARGE PLATE OR PLATTER WITH A BOWL IN THE MIDDLE SHORT WOODEN SKEWERS 1 ROCKMELON 6 KIWI FRUIT (or 2 PUNNETS OF STRAWBERRIES) 300ML THICKENED CREAM 300ML SOUR CREAM 2 TABLESPOONS HONEY 2 TABLESPOONS FRESH FINELY CHOPPED MINT METHOD; Thread 2 types of fruit onto skewers Mix the other ingredients into a bowl and use as a dip (You can make the fruit kebabs the night before and store in a container and make the dip and add the fresh mint before serving.) Also you might like to include banana and/or blueberry muffins or cupcakes and add a lolly on top. =D

Take 2 slices of toast, add some cheese and sliced tomatoes and put under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.
Have with Orange juice or a cup of tea. Quick and easy and yummie.

what is really easy and nice is egg in a hole.
u take a piece of bread and cut out the center and set aside, then u take and put a little butter in the pan and butter one side of the bread and the hole u cut out. when the pan is hot place the piece of bread buttered side up and the hole next to it, and break an egg in the center of the piece of bread. then in a min or two turn over to cook the other side, and u have egg in a hole
all the best

Whole grain bagel (cinn & raisin, plain, whatever) and organic peanut butter- this is instant energy plus protein, so it keeps you satisfied until lunch, it's almost mess free, and bonus is you can eat it on the run.

Probably sounds gross, but my kids do the same with blueberry waffles- but it's no different than blueberry jelly on a PB & J!

Cheers!
