Sorry, nothing you can do at this point. If you were on the pill, you could have been skipping the placebo pills and just taking the active ones continuously, but even that doesn't work all the time.

too late to do anything now. For future reference, you can get on the pill and skip the placebo week. Your dr. can explain in detail about that. But for this trip, sorry, you're going to have to suck it up.

Take some tampons and pamprin and don't let your period run your life.
