I had my b/f's mother sign up for childcare so she could get paid for babysitting my kids since I can't afford to pay her out of my pocket right now. I didn't know she was receiving money from another source from the state for someone to come and cook her meals, wash her clothes etc, etc. We filled out the paperwork In May of this year and last month I went to speak to my caseworker and asked why hasn't my sitter received her payment and she told me because she was recieving money from this other source so they could not pay her. So my sitter said she couldn't watch my kids anymore a week after I told her what my caseworker had said. She knows that I don't know anyone here and that I don't have anyone else to watch my kids. She just all of a sudden told me that I would have to quit my job , that way maybe my caseworker will get on her horse about paying her. I am a single parent of 3 children and I can't afford to pay her. She's calling and emailing me demanding payment. What can I do?

I know that it was Full Moon just a couple of days ago, so it should still look somewhat circular. Even then, it looked very unusual, not quite circular, almost droopy. What has happened that it looks 'egg-shaped?'

Scientists have not always approached their work as practical atheists ("God may or may not exists, but I'm going to assume he doesn't while I work").

Is the ID movement different? Or has the scientific community changed?

Hey all! I was thinking (uh oh!) and came up with something I wanted to pass by you all. I have noticed that many of the witnesses on here that answer questions, do not identify themselves as a witness. Would it not be better, and would we not show a solid unity, if we all made sure that we tell people that we are witnesses, in each one of our answers? That way, people with the right heart condition would be abe to see that we are united in what we believe and that everything that comes from the witnesses is coming from the Bible. What do you think about that?

Occams razor. The big bang requires a point mass to create the universe as we know it. Creationism not only requires the same amount of mass, it requires something outside the four dimensions as we know them. This outside thing must be able to store and process information, and act within the four dimensions we know. This requires some sort of way of not only data storage for his own function, but data storage and processing and energy for "snapping into being" matter in a low entropy state. Only one assumption and mininum energy is needed for the big bang arguement--a huge amount of energy, an extra dimensional intellegence and creation of mass from energy is required for creationism. So by Occams razor, which is the simpler proposition?

I just have an honest question. My name is Ed and I am a 36 year old guy. I don't do anything more than look but why is it frowned upon when I guy checks out a pretty girls assets such as legs, chest, and butt. I mean it isn't a crime to look nor is it unnatural. I went to the mall and I saw a lot of pretty slim women with short skirts on and had nice legs. I was looking because they looked hot. I went to a high school football game and was watching the girls flip and do cheers and was looking at their legs and butt. Whats wrong? I am a guy. My friend Dominic thinks I am a pervert and my sister Erin does to. Am I? Whats so bad about it? I like girls legs and butts!!

I usually try and get a neutral holiday card to send out to friends and family every year but just really like some designs that are Xmas themed. Is it rude to send out these photocards to friends who are Jewish or don't celebrate Xmas? I usually order about 80 photocards with my son and dog on them to send out.

considered to be immature? I can understand ones like Pokémon(I'm not knocking it because I have XD) or Digimon. Not all are the same or have the same plot lines; yeah there's crude humor, but it's no worse than what you see on Family Guy or the Simpsons. Some animes have sexual innuendos, but that's nothing new to anyone. As I mentioned previously, anything you find on an anime, you can find in American animation. Don't bring up weird hair color because American animation has that too; anyway, not all animes feature weird hair.

Before you bring up Sailor Moon, I'll go ahead and tell you, that show was not as clean as the FCC tried to present it. There were several instances of incest, gay/lesbian affairs; plus other things that I'd rather not say.

Again, all this stuff is in American animation, so why is it immature to watch it? I'm not asking you to like it. I'm merely asking a question.

I have a 200 litre tank, not sure what that is in gallons, anyway my fish are all slowly starting to show the signs of camallanus eg red anus with red worms poking out, I have been doing research as to how to treat these parasites and have discovered you can use panacur soaked in frozen bloodworm as treatment? I am usure on the dosage as some of my fish are an inch long and others are 4 inches in length would this make a difference to the dosage? Has anyone got any other suggestions as to get rid of these horrible pests?

They were introduced in to my tank after buying some bolivian rams. They spent 3 weeks in quaratine before I added them to my tank, then a couple of weeks later they had red worms sprouting out their anus, now my other fish are also starting to show these horrible worms, it takes upto 12 weeks before they show any symptoms.

Hi,
What do you call someone who takes on a house renovation project? Basically i want to use one person to do my entire house including building work, decorating, fitting kitchen and bathroom, plumbing and electrics.
I dont want a property developer i want someone to organise it all and do it themselves or hire their own people to do it.
By chance we've found someone who will quote for it but we want comparison quotes. I dont know what to type into google to find someone!
Afterall its not just a handy man i need. I need someone who is properly trained and skilled to corgi standards etc.

Thanks

The Smiths had no children and decided to use a proxy father to start their family. On the day the proxy father was to arrive, Mr.Smith kissed his wife and said, "I'm off. The man should be here soon".

Half an hour later, just by chance, a door-to-door baby photographer rang the doorbell, hoping to make a sale. "Good morning madam. You don't know me but I've come to...." "Oh, no need to explain. I've been expecting you," Mrs. Smith cut in. "Really ?" the photographer asked. "Well, good ! I've made a specialty of babies." "That's what my husband and I had hoped. Please come in and have a seat.

Just where do we start?" asked Mrs. Smith, blushing. "Leave everything to me. I usually try two in the bathtub, one on the couch and perhaps a couple on the bed. Sometimes the living room floor is fun too; you can really spread out." "Bathtub, living room floor? No wonder it didn't work for Harry and me." "Well, madam, none of us can guarantee a good one every time. But if we try several different positions and I shoot from six or seven angles, I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results." "I hope we can get this over with quickly," gasped Mrs. Smith.

"Madam, in my line of work, a man must take his time. I'd love to be in and out in five minutes, but you'd be disappointed with that, I'm sure." "Don't I know !!", Mrs. Smith exclaimed. The photographer opened his briefcase and pulled out a portfolio of his baby pictures. "This was done on the top of a bus in downtown London." "Oh my god!!", Mrs. Smith exclaimed, tugging at her handkerchief.

"And these twins turned out exceptionally well when you consider their mother was so difficult to work with." The photographer handed Mrs. Smith the picture. "She was difficult ?" asked Mrs. Smith. "Yes, I'm afraid so. I finally had to take her to Hyde Park to get the job done right. People were crowding around four and five deep, pushing to get a good look." "Four and five deep?" asked Mrs. Smith, eyes widened in amazement. "Yes", the photographer said.

"And for more than three hours too. The mother was constantly squealing and yelling. I could hardly concentrate. Then darkness approached and I began to rush my shots. Finally, when the squirrels began nibbling on my equipment, I just packed it all in." Mrs. Smith leaned forward. "You mean they actually chewed on your, eh......equipment ?". "That's right. Well madam, if you're ready, I'll set up my tripod so that we can get to work." "Tripod??", Mrs. Smith looked extremely worried now. "Oh yes, I have to use a tripod to rest my Canon on. It's much too big for me to hold while I'm getting ready for action. Madam ? Madam?.....

Good Lord, she's fainted."
