PCOS cannot give false pregnancy test readings, but it CAN give false positive ovulation test readings.

PCOS is polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and NO...it can not give a false pregnancy test. Pregnancy Tests look for a hormone called HBG and it is a hormone only found in pregnant women, this can not be produced without pregnancy. PCOS women can have kids, my sister has PCOS and she has 3 kids

it doesn't gives false pregnancy test but does give false positives on opks
