If you're sure it's not broken, wrap it with an ace bandage to limit motion for a few days, and you'll probably be fine.

If you're not sure if it's broken, go to your parents, school nurse, doctor, etc, and have them evaluate it.

Did same thing recently. If you search sprained wrist you will find lots of advice. Think there is some in YA.You will have to make your own judgment call on odds you broke something, based on swelling and amount of movement you have. Swelling and limited movement seek medical help. Rest it. You'll be amazed how often you used that hand. There are other suggestions which were not used so can't recall exactly what they were that deal with applying ACE bandage and soaking it in water.

go to a doctor and have x-rays taken it. You may have fractured your wrist which will need a cast for 6-8 weeks for proper healing. If you can't afford to go to the doctor, have someone wrap your hand and wrist to where you can't move it and use a sling to avoid use. Rotate ice 20 minutes on every hour to reduce swelling and pain. Also take ibuprofen to reduce inflamation.

You will need to keep a cold pack on your wrist until you can get to the doctor. Try your best not to put pressure on it or use it too much.
