I got my undergraduate degree from a not well known and not very good university (Ohio Northern - I am sure you have never heard of it). Although I could have gone to several very very good schools for very little cost, my parents made me go there because they went there. I felt that the presence of it's name on my resume was worse than not including it, but is there anyway around that for application to a consulting firm? I am including a masters/phd from UCLA.

i am wanting to open a pet retail/bakery. i have knowledge about retail but not so much on the bakery end, other than i know what is good for them and what not.
i am currently in the process of writing the business plan and i know what i am doing there.
i was wondering what are the major pros/cons of going in with a partner. should i do that or learn everything myself? if i do go with a partner, who should i go with? what qualities/characteristics/skill level should i go with?

I own 4 Pit Bull/Am Bull Dog mixes weighing between 55-85lbs
I have just started taking them for bike rides with me.
We go at a medium pace for about a mile to a mile and a third depending on how tired we get.
I prefer the bike rides over the walks much better and I think they do to.

So, my question is...Is a bike ride as good as a walk and am I giving them to much/not enough exercise?

I've been asking questions to get to know my fellow contacts and some people are just freaking out like the actually know me and I'm attempting something. this kids were brought here, raised here embraced american culture, speak english, have dreams,, they grew up here this is theor country, they have been out of trouble, never in jail and have being doing good in school,, and the system says no to them, so that means no matter how good they did, that they are fluent in english, and they never been in jail still they wont be legal even though they are perfect candidates to join the work force... ? you guys are really bad, destroy the feeling and lives from adults no kids

Hi there. I have table with the following:

and the following formula:

=IF(E5=$E$1,(NOW()),"")

What I want to do is if the Task Status column (E5) has the word "COMPLETED" in it, then today's date will appear in the cell to the right. If any other word or character is inserted, the cell will remain blank. This part works fine.

The problem is that if I change the system date to another day, then enter a 'Completed' status on E6 for instance, for all other cells that have a 'Completed' entry, these dates now change to today's date.

Not sure if I explained that well. Anyway, is there a way to use the IF function, insert a date, and have it stick?

seriously, even though they lost to app. state and oregon, consider the fact that they've won 7 straight since then and if they beat ohio state they'll win a big 10 title. And also most of the other ranked teams ahead of them have been upset as well..

i have a 6 year old and 12 week old and have been trying so hard to lose weight and exercise. I lost about 25-28 (it fluctuates) and I am really trying to lose more. I still need to lose about 30 lbs before I am happy. I hate to say it but actually weigh 180......... do i look it? I guess i need some motivation to keep working out and some uplifting comments (but truthful ones) to help me with my insecurity after having a baby..... Be truthful. If you think I am fat, then tell me.........

What I am trying to do here is make my own Thai Boxing Heavy Bag. So I want it to be long like one, however I would like it to be heavier than most Thai bags out there. I have found quite a few that I would love to buy, but what can I say, if I can make something thats just as good for alot less money, that is the route I want to go.

I want the bag to be about 5 feet tall, the normal circumfrence of a boxing heavy bag, and weigh about 180 to 200 pounds. I would ofcourse use it to practice my Muay Thai, but I would also use it in similar fashion to a grappling bag, so it would need to be strong enough to be slammed on the ground and pounded on there as well.

I have a friend who works with upholstery for vehicles, so he has a wicked sewing machine for the thick and tough materials I know I will need. But he has never made one, so what I need to do is come up with the diminsions, suggested material, etc.
