What do people eat for Halloween ? Other than candy ?
Give me a specific list of foods, please. Be ironic...
In other words, people have a tendency to eat baked or
fried chicken, on a Sunday. So what do people eat
on Halloween, other than candy ? What is the typical
dinner for that holiday? Best answer wins.

My old roommate repartitioned my hard drive when we formatted my computer about 3 years ago, but he only left 3.9 gigs on my C drive. Now with windows and other programs taking up more room on the C than back then, I am left with under 200 mb free space which adversely affects the performance of my computer. I'd like to repartition my hard drive, and make my C drive about 5 gigs. Is there any way to do this without reformatting my whole hard drive again? Probably will be buying a new computer in the next year but want to improve this one's performance while I still have it, and don't want to go through backing up everything and so on. Can I simply "move" space between drives? Is there any program that allows me to do this? Please let me know how to go about doing this. Thanks.

Patchwork laws, inattention have allowed teacher sexual misconduct to flourish

Teachers licenses can remain valid despite arrests or sex charges

Ex-teacher gets prison for affair with student

These are just a few headlines about some teachers (not all) who by law can take your children to an abortion clinic without telling their parents because they say the safety of the child should come first. Question: Who's safety is really on the line here? The child's or the teacher's?

Just heard on the radio today that those without insurance in SoCal are eligible for a FEMA check of $28k to help them rebuild/replace. Why was the ability to rebuild/replace only assessed at $2k for Katrina? I understand that the cost of living is higher in CA than LA, but to the tune of $26k difference? Let's talk about personal accountability here, as well, this is for UNinsured people.

Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but all other religions in the world have just as much ground to back up their beliefs as Christianity. There is no more evidence for the existence of Jesus (excluding Biblcal accounts - not a third party source) than Allah, or Buddha, or any other religious figures.

There is some historical truth to the Bible, but the same could be said for the Koran, or Bhagavad Gita (Hindu holy book), which claims to know the path to unity with god.

So why should I treat Christianity as any more "real" than other religions? It seems as though the only reason most people are Christian is because they were brought up by Christian parents, not because they acutally believe Christianity has any more truth to it than Hinduism, or Confuciusm. In fact, Christianity was adopted by Roman culture in Europe ONLY because they "liked" the idea, and it suited people well.

Hey there, please this question is for everyone but particularly for people who specialise/know something about nutrition. , I understand that there are certain minerals in food that get denatured by heat, i.e through cooking. I am on a diet, and want to know if toasting bread reduces/destroys it's starch content so that instead of eating bread plain white, I can get it burnt in the toaster, and then have like a jam spread over it.
Thanks a lot...

I am having trouble with applying for things because I have no credit. I want to apply for a credit card that I can afford and just pay it off right away so that I have a zero balance. But according to some people that I talked to you must have a balance to earn good credit.

I'm a teen & on a waiting list for CBT. I was on holiday last week and I'm scared someone may have phoned to arrange an appointment, when the phone was switched off. I'm so desperate for some help that I'm freaking out if I miss a chance. I enjoyed my holiday, but my anxiety ruined some of it. One night, we went to eat out and were placed in the very middle of the room. I hate eating in public, especially where everyone can see me, so I barely ate any of my food and began to feel ill. I felt miserable and disappointed in myself. My parents were angry with me for not eating and obviously forgot that it could have been my anxiety. After that, I was very annoyed and ended up getting into a huge row with my parents over the hotel room key. It was a ridiculous argument, but strangely, I felt like the world had ended or a disaster had happened. I wandered off by myself and sat alone for a while, just staring at the stars and thinking of death. I don't want to die, but strangely...
