Disable it from starting when you start windows, if its a program you don't use then uninstall it

Start>Run>type in MSCONFIG>Startup tab - uncheck any program you don't want to run when you start Windows

Sending the report to Microsoft only alerts them to the problem and conditions under which the problem was encountered. Eventually, they may have a fix, but sending the info to MS does not correct the problem.

I am using Windows-XP on my system and did a search for the file name. This file appears to be used for the media card reader that is on your system. If you do not have any media card reader on your physical system, then you can get rid of the file.

Another thing you can do is make a note of the error code(s), file name, and any other information that appears when the error is displayed. Then go to the Microsoft knowledge base and search it to see if you can find some information on how to correct it. It might take less time than waiting for Microsoft to find a fix.

Reinstall the program if you have the installation file(s)
