And if there is, do'es it make you smile?
The season change reminds me that gods creation goes on regardless of the petty actions of mankind.
It's one of the touchstones in my faith.

I've noticed that born-again Christians always seem to differentiate themselves from regular Christians. Why is this? Why do they feel they must be born-again? Why are they not the equivalent of their regular Christian brother and sister (symbolically I don't mean their actual brother and sister)?

We get along famously. We never fight about anything and I'm so sick of always getting along. All of our couple friends are always complaining about these screaming matches they have at least once a week, and I'm so jealous. I don't have the least thing to whine about. They all tell us we're lucky, but I don't think I can hide the disappointment any longer.

Maybe I could tell him that I slept with some other guy, but he would probably leave me and take the furniture and I really love napping on the loveseat. Then I thought I could constantly complain about his mother, but his mom is dead and I don't want him to think I'm crazy. Or do I?

I think it's high time we get into a huge fight to put the passion back into our relationship. All of this agreeing on everything is really starting to get boring. It's either this or I'll be forced to have an affair with the guy down the block, who I saw raise a real ruckus on Jerry Springer. He seems like he's got a real short fuse.

Why do parents react to their kids being online in a paranoid, rash and illogical manner, instead of a constructive helpful one?

C'mon, when you were kids, how often would you actually listen to your parents. If you tell your kids "no you can't do this", chances are they'll just go behind your back and REALLY get in trouble.

So why do it? Why not instead be constructive and helpful? Hold their hand, make sure they're doing the right thing? Tell them it's ok to get on MySpace or Facebook or Yuniti, but that they need to keep you in the loop? Tell them it's ok to talk to strangers online, but that if they ever ask to meet you that they should come talk to you?

Tell them that if they ever really trust and like someone online, and want to meet them, that you'll chauffeur them? (how many sexual predators will agree to THAT?)

Simply put, what happened to being a constructive helpful parent instead of a fearful and overprotective?

My wedding director told me that some brides have a friend (usually the maid of honor) stand in for her at the rehearsal. The bride sits back and watches everything. Has anyone else heard of this or done it? I think it would be a little weird to watch someone else practice marrying my future husband.

How long is the delivery turnaround for your order? I ordered something from there on a Monday evening and I read in their delivery policy that it takes 3-5 days for the product to be delivered so I'm expecting it to arrive on or before Saturday evening.

How was yours?

My 13yr old son told me yesterday that he would like to ask a girl out. I asked him what he meant and he said that he would like to take her to a movie or for ice cream. I mentioned that one of us(myself or my husband) would have to be there and he said that that is what his friends do....go to a movie and the parents go to a different movie.

My question is....do you think it's too young or do you think it's the norm for kids now? I understand and so does he that he's way too young for anything serious and there would be strict rules. He's a great kid(respectful, caring, honor roll) and very mature for his age.

Do you think we should make it a group thing(multiple friends) or do I allow him to go with her alone? Can I just skip to the part where he's grown??? Ha,ha!

Thanks for any help!

Aristotle stated 'Happiness is the only pleasure we seek for its own sake'. Through all actions, tasks and daily routines; we are seeking happiness. It is the sole emotion which tops all others, and drives us in so many different ways to achieve it.

Everyone has their own unique temporary solution to the problem of how to achieve happiness. Whether it's eating choclate or talking with a loved one. However true happiness must surely be from an internal source, rather than external factors.

What is it you do to temporarily solve the problem of happiness? How do you manage your mind to achieve that state?

MOST IMPORTANTLY; Is there a united way in which all humans seek happiness? Is there an ultimate source? Is there an ideal economic or social system, or way of living?

Is the ultimate way to constantly develop? Do we develop not for the end result, as wants are infinite - but simply to feel content?

Structure your answer, and take your time to solve the problem of human happiness.
