Personally I don't think you can. I think you can have a very strong feeling - infatuation, but love grows over a period of time. However, nothing is impossible, but for me I would have to truly know someone to fall in love.

Strong feelings can feel like love. It was only when I truly fell in love that I realised I had actually never been in love before.

I belive after a week you cant know someone well enough to love them no matter how much time you have spent with them because the love comes when you know you will work through hard times and work together to be together. Its not all roses is love and is difficult but the true test is when you get something that you have to lean on each other for.

I think the emotion of leaving him behind is getting to you and maybe its infactuation or a crush.

can you see him again?

I think so. My husband and I both claim it was the love at first sight thing. We married four weeks after meeting. Then he left for Iraq three months later. We still love each other more than anything. Sure we have our ups and downs, but no one said it was easy. My grandparents married after two months and been married 53 years.

properly i don't think of I or yet somebody else have fell in love with one yet another via smiling, yet i became into on the videos and that i walked out and this dazzling lovable guy regarded up and smiled at me. His smile became into so captivating and that i smiled back(I truly have particular smiles I supply for quite a few issues without even understanding I do it, yet everybody that truly is conscious me can say uh, you like him, or you do unlike him merely via how I smile.) I gave him this undiscribable smile yet he could desire to have felt what I did because of the fact the expression on his face became into the comparable. Lol i are conscious of it wasn't love yet I felt like dancing.

hey, i fell in love the minute i talked to my boyfriend(without even having a pic of him) and that was 4 years ago on yahoo chat. we are now getting married and i am still in love with him like he is with me . Butterflies i feel with every email, phone call and touch. of course its possible, altho i never believed it before. I am in europe, he is in america. The distance really sucks and you will have to be willing to do whatever to be able to see eachother but if its worth it, go for it. just be sure you both feel the same way before making big decisions

okay YES!! i met my hubby-to-be the night before i had to catch a flight home to the other side of the world :o(...we exchanged info that night... i never thought i'd hear from him again lol... but there was an email waiting for me :o)

since then we built our relationship despite the distance and i love him so much and we're getting married next year!! everyone we knew had so many doubts about how our relationship would survive but instinctively i knew we had what it too :o)

so yes... i fell in love with him initially but it took time to build a deeper and lasting relationship...distance makes everything more difficult but if you've found something special love can endure all obstacles xx so go for it!

I don't know that I'd call it "falling in love" - I think it's more "falling in love with the ideal" because after a week and after such distance you really can't KNOW the other person well enough to really be "in love" with them.

Well you may feel like you are in love and with the distance between you this is heightened because of separation anxiety.

It's lovely to get carried away with this idea and very romantic too. (Maybe you wouldn't feel quite so thrilled about him if he lived next door for instance).

Time will tell if you are really made for each other.

I suppose so. but i doubt it is really deep rooted love. not that it couldnt turn into that. I bet it is more like a fairy tail dream that wont really end up being as great as you think it is. and remember, distance makes the heart grow fonder!

no, it takes exactly one week and 2 days, 4 hours, six minutes and twenty six seconds to be able to fall in love.
