Both sides are heating up to who ever will win the Presidential elections,i really dont think there will be a civil war and i hope there wont be,but i think it will be a disaster after the elections, and i hope it will be a short period of time since im really tired of this whole thing, its always like we have to clean the mess after the politics are done with their crap, why do we have to carry all that?

Isnt it enough what they've ghotten us into?
And the problem about it they drag u into their crap, and what do u get? Nothing,im really waiting for the elections, cuz it seems like their fighting to sit on the chair and am waiting what are they planning to do afterwards!!

I have known that christian parties are negotiating, and their leaders joined some days ago.
If they are smart, they have to know that united will be stronger than separated. So, I have the hope that they realize in time that have to do the best for Lebanon, and not for each of them.
I think that Lebanon had enough with a civil war, that didnt destroy only the buildings in Beirut, but villages, the economy, the families, and the international reputation Lebanon had gained along the years.
Let's pray for something like that dont ever happen again.

well my thought on the elction is that they should just get it over with so lebanon can ust go on with its daily routine. I agree with sports....it seems this is what alwasy happens anyway. I am very doubtful that a civil war will break out, unless a really terrible candidate takes the presidency and screws up Lebanese politics even more. If complete chaos breaks out, I will not be able to go to Lebanon in the summer and I would be very upset :( also, I would be really scared for my relatives over there

The hate is brewing between these tribal factions. It is in their blood, they like wars, maybe because they have nothing else to do. Just like the palestinians, they have nothing to do but keep attacking their neighbors, same in Lebanon, they attack each other and their nieghbors. A wonderful it is over there, eh?? LMAO!!

I think :

Someone will win
Someone will complain they should have won.
The winner will screw things up worse than the already are.
People will complain for years
Back to step one.
