OK, I'll try to make this as short and understandable as possible.

I met a guy back in 2002 and we dated shortly. It didn't work out, but we became best friends. We know everything about each other, we share secrets and talk about the people we date. Well, he dated this female 3 years ago who dogged him out really bad. Since then, he has had a very hard time being in relationships. Well, I told him a year ago that I wanted more from him and I thought that we would be good together. He said that he had been thinking about it too and he loved me, but he didn't want to ruin our friendship... especially since he and the girl that dogged him out used to be friends first. Well, a couple of weeks ago, he informed me that he is thinking about getting back with her.

I must admit that it sort of hurt my feelings, but at the same time, if that's what he wants...then by all means do it, but only blame yourself if it goes sour AGAIN! What would you do in this situation?

Deifne friendship? Do you think people are applying what they deifne to be a good friend in their relationship? if not is it possible the reason they are single or unable to keep their relationship is because they have not learned to be a good friend! yet :)

Is it just me? I'm fit and healthy, but I've noticed that when I sit with my laptop propped up on my legs or on my stomache, I get little niggles inside, best way to describe it is kind of adrenalin rush, combined with a bit of discomfort, kind of butterfly effect. It definitely only happens when I use the laptop. Is it possible that any nasties are transmitted thro from the bottom of the laptop, or am I imagining things!

Just got my package from Celebrity and it'll cost me $80 for 14 days of soda. I have a few questions for someone who know such things.
1, How many ounces is a "serving" of soda? Do you get a can and ice or just an 8-ounch plastic glass filled halfway with ice?
2, Where on the ship can I get my servings? I'd like to sit on my veranda and drink soda, but if I have to go all the way to the nearest bar to order one, every hour or so, it'll take the mood away.
3, When I order one of my $80 drinks is a tip expected?
4, Is Diet-Cherry-Coke one of the offerings?

I visited my sister resantly in Saronida and could not believe the criminal act of building these huge monstrosites on what used to be a beautiful mountain slope!Now all you see is cement.How do these people get permits to build there?Surely some natural places are protected and there are consequinces if the rules are ignored>?

I myself am a smoker, but I put my butts inside of my cigarette box. I smoke cloves...they are brown so even if wanted to throw them on the ground, at least they'll blend in some what.

At work, during smoke breaks, I go outside and see at least 20 butts littering the ground, even though there is an ashtray close by. The only thing thing I can think of is that regular butts smell way nastier than their clove counterparts, and that keeping them in their box/pocket will make them smell awful...but it doesn't answer why they cant just walk over the 2-3 feet to throw them away.

Our neighbors live to "harrass" us. They are in their 50s and it's like they go to work, but when they are home, all they want to do is try to drive us crazy....They are drunks, and I feel really bad for them. I called the police, got a unlawful harassment order on them, and even had the man arrested for breaking the order. DO YOU HAVE NUTS living next to you too?
