It's a question of semantics really.
The modern accepted notation is to say no, your mass does not change. When most books today talk about the mass of an object, they mean the rest mass. This quantity is Lorentz invariant--it does not change no matter what your speed is.
A more old-fashioned notation talks about something called relativistic mass (gamma times rest mass) which increases up to infinity as you approach the speed of light. This makes some intuitive sense because it takes more and more energy to change your velocity by less and less as you approach light speed--your inertia seems to increase. There's nothing wrong with doing problems this way--it just makes it a bit more complicated to keep track of all the gammas.
I certainly like the modern notation better because then you always know what mass of an electron (or whatever) you need to plug into your formulas. The gamma factors are calculated separately.
Edit--gravitational weight would increase of course. The force of gravity couples to all forms of energy (kinetic, rest mass, whatever). You have to be a bit careful, though, when you start talking about gravity as a relativistic force. If you keep going down that rabbit hole, you'll eventually end up with general relativity, which models the gravitational force as a curvature in space/time caused by energy.

As long as you mean Mass when you say Weight, it increases as you approach the speed of light as more and more energy is required to accelerate faster.

They used to say that mass approaching the speed of light would become an infinite mass requiring infinite energy.
I also heard that mass approaching the speed of light would be converted to energy.

yes it will affect We believe that weight can impact your performance both positively and negatively .. Weight can make you faster because it increases your mass .

well if you run 2x faster each morning than your partner for the same half-hour, surely it would affect your weight more
what im sure is that weight does affect speed, looking at joggers

If you move with the speed = speed of light, will be converted into wave & you will lose your practical nature & you will be in wave nature.
but if you mean go faster (but not the speed of light) your mass will not change but your momentum & K.E. will increase
