Our neighbors live to "harrass" us. They are in their 50s and it's like they go to work, but when they are home, all they want to do is try to drive us crazy....They are drunks, and I feel really bad for them. I called the police, got a unlawful harassment order on them, and even had the man arrested for breaking the order. DO YOU HAVE NUTS living next to you too?

Dirty rotten neighbors, yeah I got em too . In fact your's sound a lot like the drunken crazies that live near me. Is one of their names Jerry . D. Closesick? Does he have a disgusting habit of hocking up nasty lungers and spitting all the time? This guy who lives near me is a real dirt bag. But I pray for him , and hope some day he will come to Christ

My neighbor is a psychotic b-word, and her son is a little jerk. Once upon a time somebody in the neighborhood complained because her little "pond" was filled with standing water, creating a breeding ground for mosquitoes. She thought it was us who called, and since then she has called the cops on us several times and goes to the homeowners association for every little thing she can think of. She confronted us about the city coming to inspect her pond, and my wife was holding a coat hanger when talking to her. She called the police and said we assaulted her with the hanger (assault in Illinois means "threaten"). When that officer didn't take a report, she called the chief of police, and the officer was written up for not taking a report.

A few weeks ago I was sitting here on Y! Answers, and I see a flash coming from the window behind me. I thought nothing of it until I saw it again. She had her son taking pictures of the garbage cans I had out, which were going to be taken to the street that night (we can't have garbage cans sitting out for a certain length of time, or we'll be fined by the association).

A week after that, she called the cops because my car was hanging over the sidewalk a little. When I yelled "f'ing 'b!" while standing outside of my house, she called the cops again! Finally, the police told her that next time she calls 911 on us without a valid reason, they're going to fine or arrest her.

I can't believe i am saying this but i have to mention some neighbours (in their early 40s) i had for almost 2 years in Alberta until i moved out at the end of August. These people didn't personally harass us but they were always drunk, had loud music playing next door (we were the closest to them-wall to wall) everyday even on weekdays when i had work the next day. They were always home and i don't think any of them worked but i couldn't rest at anytime without hearing them cussing at each other or other neighbours in the building. Telling the manager didn't work either since she's European and although she's been in Canada for over twenty years, she still had an accent and take advantage of it cussing at her since they're Canadians born and saying this like go back home. She's really a nice lady and had to put up with them and had never reported them or called the cops on them either.

Last year my half sister had moved to Alberta to live with me for a year while going to school (She was fourteen) and on her way to school one early morning, the neighbours tried to sell her dope behind our building while she was walking to he bus stop and i just lost it and started paying attention to everything they did.

I got to know their rutines, and I started to even turn on my patio light so they started lossing a bunch of middle of the night customers who came in their cars. Soon enough our entire neighborhood was working with the police to reduce drug rates in our neighborhood and things started getting out of hand that our neighborhood had to be supervised by the police all the time.

These neighbors started hating the neighborhood and finally decided to move out the same month that i did. It happened after i gave a notice to move out. the next day, we both had our moving out inspection forms taped to our doors. We moved out the same time and that was the last i seen of them. I have to admit that they were quite bitter of everything. And i am thankful that no one was hurt except for one guy (another story) but could've been worse. God bless
