If you're about to tell me that insulin stores glucose in fat and muscle, anything about the Glycemic Index, etc then you're wasting time. I know that already.

I want an INTENSELY CHEMISTRY AND BIOLOGY based answer to how specifically lowered blood sugar levels will motivate the body chemically to favor adipose tissue metabolism. Specifically, the question comes from cinnamon - I'd always assumed that since it was an insulin 'substitute' that it would somehow be recognized by the receptors in the GI tract and tell the pancreas to lay off with insulin production, thus less glucose would be stored on a meal without cinnamon, but thinking of it that's really just called insulin insensitivity so that was a retarded idea arising from lack of thought on the matter.

So if you still have all the insulin the meal would normally give, and you've stored more glucose in muscles and liver and fat, um... how's that help you lose weight? **** I'm outta room, read extra below....

I'm just curious... I don't want any out of hand answers here...

Because Christians have plenty more abortions when compared to Athiests... but that's not the point I'm trying to make...

So if your teenage daughter ended up pregnant, would you make her keep it???

I would!!! I'm of the attitude that if you're responsible enough to think that you're ready to have sex... Then I'm not going to bail you out...

Not only that but I would make my daughter keep it and I would tell her that I'm would not raise the child for her... and if she didn't like it then I would offer her an ultimatium...move out!

I must seem heartless... and I don't have a moral stance on abortion, but I would not let my underage daughter just walk away from her responsiblities... until she was 18, then she could do whatever she wants... hell, she could abort a 100 babies for all I care...

What's your take on this???

ok my wegith plan is to loss 88 pounds...so my eating plan is ..in the morning after 30 min of exercise i drink orange juice and a bread and grain's then i skip lunch but when i skip lunch i starve a little bit and i eat like at 10:00pm then also i eat a little grain and a banana then at night i drink orange juice and a banana and a little grain so is my weigth loss plan good or bad if bad plz give me advice thx ........

A customer comes up and asks me for an item. I have to call downstairs for the item to be brought up for her. After about 5 minutes the item is still not here (elevators at this time takes a long time). I called the person bringing up the item and he said he was waiting for an elevator. She said I should bring it to her two blocks away because she is running late. She then says, "I am sorry if I am bothering you, but I thought it was your job". I said I am doing my job by calling to make sure your package is on its way. Right then the door opens and she gets her item. No thanks or nothing. I have a 8 month old rott who keeps chewing through his collars. If I make it tight enough for him not to chew it, it gets to tight after a few day if I forget to check it, because he is growing so fast. I am looking for a chain collar that is not a choke collar. I would not want to leave a choke collar on him all the time because he might accidentally choke himself when I am not around.
