Bad plan.
Any proper trainer will tell you that you can't eat like that. Do you know what will happen? Your body will shut down its metabolism. You know what that means? It'll start burning FEWER calories, which means you'll need to eat even less to lose weight.
You should really eat 6 small meals a day. (Actually, you should really consult a nutritionist/dietitian for proper advice.) Have your orange juice and a piece of toast for your breakfast; but then have another piece of fruit or something for a mid-morning snack. Have a lunch with lots of veggies, like a big salad, and then a protein source or a whole grain. Have a mid-afternoon snack--a fruit, veggie, rice cake or something. Have supper--again, lots of veggies and a protein or grain source. If you need to eat again after that, something light. Celery is actually supposed to be good before going to bed as it's easy on the body to digest but also has a chemical in it that's good for sleep.
The goal is to adopt an eating lifestyle you can maintain for life. You can NOT live on the plan you developed for life. Purchase some books to guide you (like books from the Fit for Life series by Harvey Diamond or Gillian McKeith's books) or find a nutrition counsellor (a local gym will probably be able to recommend someone).

It's bad. Starving yourself to lose weight is not a good idea. While you will lose the weight fast, you will gain it back and plus some. Eat lots of fruit and veggies. I am on a diet too and I have lost 9lbs in 3 weeks. I eat curves cereal for breakfast (or something healthy), eat a salad for lunch, and a healthy dinner. No snacking, but if you have to eat some fruit. I walk for an hour every morning I get the chance too, and do exercises at home, including lifting small weights. I was taking the Alli weight loss pills, but they bother my stomach too much. They key is a low fat, low calorie diet. And if something has at least 3 gms of fiber per serving then the carbs are good ones. Good luck!

No, your body isn't getting the vitamins it needs. You shouldn't skip meals. Like you said it makes you starve. Then your more likly to binge eat. Just eat normally but cut down the portions you eat. Try to stay away from fastfood and junk food. Dessert is o.k. just eat a small amount but not everyday. When you cut your calories too drastic your body's natural make up thinks your starving it and your body slows everything down to conserve energy. Which means harder to get rid of fat. Crash diets you lose weight but it's water your losing. That's why it's easy to regain it plus you will gain even more weight because your body hordes the food because it was in starving mode.

No.
Don't eat any carbs at night.
Eat things like green beans, broccoli or asparagus (high fiber vegetables, NOT FRUIT) with some protein source like chicken or tuna every three hours a day. NEVER feel hungry. This will be a concious reaction to the body going into starvation mode - it will lower the resting calories you burn.
I repeat, eat small meals every 3 hours during day. Never allow yourself to feel hungry (though never feel full of course.)
No grains/carbs for last 2-3 hours before bed.
