Well bunky, They should be intimidated.. and the fans should be too. We won against the angels 3 straight in a row doesnt that tell you something.
To answer, your question. There is no doubt in my mind that the red sox are going to win, i am so sure of it. Oh and btw we only have to win 4 out of 7 games..
Edit: So what it doesnt matter? It looks like they intimidated by us.. i dont care what you say. I know my baseball and i know the red sox better than any other fan of any other team and im sure the red sox fans may or could agree with me. It had alot to do with it just because the indians beat the yankees doesnt mean a thing, they still have to get through us and we have better pitching and offensing..
Schilling isnt overrated, he is actually a very good pitcher.. Who cares if you think he's overrated your not a red sox fan so shut the **** up you dont know what your talking about.
Edit: Actually, I dont care what you say or think, I dont do that so before you talk **** about anyone you dont know look at yourself. I dont So say what you ******* want. I am a true red sox fan and if you dont like it shove it up your *** i dont care what you think..

The Indians have a great chance to win this game because (in my opinion) Carmona is a much better pitcher than Sabathia...however, the Red Sox can win this game if the Offense can get to Carmona early and put at least 3 runs on the board in the first or second inning, if Carmona has a bad game (highly unlikely), or if Schilling can keep them in it (i.e. don't give up more than 2 runs over 6 or 7 innings) while the offense stays patient and builds up Carmona's pitch count to get to the Indians bullpen...I think the Red Sox do one of those three things because their offense has been really good lately and the Sox will take a 2-0 lead to Cleveland...I really think this will be the best game of the Series....Go Sox!!!

I don't think the Indians are the least bit intimidated by the Red Sox. Why is it when your team wins the first game of a play-off series, you automatically think the next game is going to have the same outcome. What if Red Sox lost, I know they didn't but what would you be saying then, well it's only the first game & they will win second game. Win game #2 first before making such a bold prediction. Remember it's a 7 game series, so it it's far from over.

Watch what happens tonight. You beat the Indians one game, the next one they'll come back to scalp you. Carmona is not the same pitcher as C.C.--even with swarms of bugs in his face,he mowed down the Yankees(something Jaba the Hutt could not do).Watch and see and how intimidated they are.Take it from a Tiger fan who watched the Tribe destroy our season.

Just because it was a blowout doesn't mean you go up 2-0. It's one game. I didn't expect to sweep in Boston anyways, I would have been shocked if they did. If Carmona can help us get a split we'll be in a very good position going back to Cleveland.

what a stupid question, of course they won't be intimidated, they never were!! We faced a line up ten times more potent than Boston's and shut them down. Red Socks girl-- you sound like an obsessed freak, how do you know the red sox better than most fans? let me guess, you're the one sneaking in the clubhouse to sniff their jock straps after the game right? whatever floats you're boat i guess
