It depends upon what your boss will allow. Here are some things you can do that don't involve a computer though.
Take along a book to read and read while your not busy.
Take some crossword puzzles or suduko's or something of the sort.
Do you have a handheld portable video game system? Maybe you can play a game or so while you aren't busy.
maybe you can plan your dinners when not busy. That way all you have to do is buy what you need and cook when you get home.
If you have a computer (and internet access) there is always Yahoo Answers lol!
Also there is a great little website where you can play scrabble by email. It's called www.scrabulous.com and you can play with people you know, join games by others you don't, or start your own game for those that you don't know to join you. It's email so if you get busy you don't have to worry about your time running out.
Have you thought about taking online classes or something like that? I do that and have found that it doesn't take up a whole lot of time unless I am writing a paper.
Be creative! Maybe write a short story or essay or something of the sort.
Do you knit or crochete? (me either lol) but if you do or want to learn that would be a great little craft to keep you busy.

Do your job thoroughly and to the best of your ability. If you find there is not enough work to keep you busy ask someone if they perhaps have something you could help them with. Do not go on yahoo answers. If I was a boss and found someone playing on the net on my dollar that would be the last dollar they earned in my establishment.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.get-diet-thin.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

I would suggest you do the job you were hired to do. If that does not keep you busy ask your boss for things to do.

You could actually perform some quantifiable work instead of goofing off.
