I'm a single mom of 2 kids. Their biological father owes me quite a bit in back support. He has told me that he is going for his Veteran's benefits from the Army Reserves (which if he gets I know my kids can collect off of) However we are not in agreement about weather the support enforcement unit can garnish his first check from VA (the one where they retro active back to the day he filed) so my question is, can they garnish that big check to get my back support for my children?

My 1 year old daughter was just prescribed singular for her allergies. I decided to look up some information on the drug before I give it to her and have read some things that trouble me, some parents report their children having severe mood swings, tantrums, uncontrolable crying, nightmares. Has anyone had their children taking this medication and what was the outcome? Any of these side effects? Any info will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Her comedy seems to be geared toward anything that would or could offend. On a recent episode of her television show she joked about abortions saying that the last time she had one she kinda felt like it would not be the last time. She even picked up an abortion machine (whatever you call those things) and referred to it as "old friend".

Looking at her comedy objectively, I can see how she picks on some of the worst stereotypes on both sides of the issue. It does not seem clear what her stance is either, only that she knows it's a touchy subject and wants to push peoples buttons by appearing to make light of the topic.

Generally speaking I am attracted to extreme and very adult humor. But I can also understand why many people may prefer not to view such material. Part of me thinks that Sara Silverman is just using this type of shock humor to get people to pay attention to her. I am also willing to consider the possibility that she likes to explore social taboos.

Your thoughts?

6:00 A.M.- Bowl of Frosted Flakes with 2% Milk

12:10 P.M. - Medium Blueberry Bagel, 10 Baby-Sized Carrots, 1/2 Orange, and 2 half pints of 2% Chocolate Milk, and .5 L of water.

(I drink water all day in place of all at-home beverages.)

I'm still deciding what to eat the rest of the day, since my Mother likes to not buy food when I ask.

Suggestions? Comments?

I have been dating my best friend for the past 7 years. He and I have always had a lot of fun; though he has always participated in acts I do not agree with (He does drugs and drinks a lot). I have been supporting him and his habits for at least 6 of the past 7 years, and now we have 2 kids (a girl age 2 and a boy age 7months). He has been unwilling to keep a job for more than 3 months at a time, quitting stating that it drove him crazy. He has discovered online gaming (World of Warcraft, Also known as WOW) and now he sits at the computer all day and night, in his underwear while I work, take care of the kids and house – not to mention pay all the bills as he is not working. He does not cook, clean or help out in any way that does not involve complaining about how little we have.
At this time, neither of our kids wants much to do with him as he constantly ignores them, or sends them to me for whatever they need, be it a drink or snack or anything.

I live in southern CA where the summers get very hot and the winters are mild. We don't get much rain and obviously no snow. I wax my car about once a quarter - or 3-4 times a year. This seems to work fine as long as I make sure to wax the car right before the HOT part of summer. Any other recommendations? My car is a silver sedan.

Please only answer if you are a man that had one, or if you are a women whom lived with a man that had one performed at the time you were with him. Anyone posting any immature nonsense about loosing my manhood will be reported.

I am scheduled to get a “traditional” vasectomy (cut and cauterize) on the 25th or this month. I am new in town, so my buddy (whom has already had one), and his girlfriend are coming out to stay the weekend with me. We will watch movies, BBQ, throw darts (if I am up to it), and drink beer(will I be able to drink, I forgot to ask the doctor about that).

He is giving me a ride to and from the clinic. I bought some jock straps, and a new jogging suit to wear for the first few days. I will have to wear regular work clothes on Monday, because I will be back at work.

We have plenty of movies to watch on my new TV. I won’t have to lift anything, because they will be here. I also have an ice pack!

Have I overlooked anything?

He already asked me to marry him ( I said NO) He is 22 and I am 20 he wants to spend the rest of his life with me he says. i am his first real girlfriend his first kiss first EVERYTHING. I am not sure if we really have a chance of being together exclusivley forever, or is he more prone to want to experience other things? I am comitted to him 100%, but I am the one who is experienced.

My friend just recently found out she was pregnant by a low life that just got out of prison (which is her typical dating style anyway). It's her fault because she didn't want to take birth control and he didn't like condoms so she let him not use them. She has a 18 month old son now (who she also did not want, but kept just to piss of her parents who are very racist) who is mixed black and white. As soon as she found out this time she called me & said she was going to have an abortion- I believe whole heartedly that the only reason for abortion should be in rape circumstances- she knows this. I told her my honest opinion and my mother offered to adopt her baby if she carried it (very serious about that offer btw). She said no & that she was hoping for a miscarriage. She went to her aunt's house and tried to induce a miscarriage with some sort of pill or herb and called me while she was doing it because she was feeling very sick. I told her tocall me when she was done doing whatever

First of all- I have NEVER sued anyone before, I have opportunities, but it was just NOT ME! Anyway, my son got hurt during school in May 2007. He ended up fracturing his arm. I didn't even ask the school to cover expenses, since my insurance covered it and it was an ACCIDENT. SO after the cast comes off in July 2007, the Dr. sends us to physical therapy. I get a phone call from the PT's office saying I have no insurance. Long story short, my insurance was cancelled 8/1/07, and appt was for 8/9/07. So then I did NEED to have the school cover this ONE expense, since my son couldn't extend his arm all the way. It is now 10/07 and my son has not seen the PT YET, still cannot extend arm fully. This is due to 1) mistakes the school made when submitted ins. info 2) PT refused to see my son until schools insurance was "primary" and 3) schools insurance refussed to be "primary" because school had submitted wrong info!! I am so fustrated and scared because there is a possibility that it is too
