Have some of the profit go to charity. Some people will buy something if some of the money goes to a charitable cause.

Increase the price of it and put it on sale!

There is a phsycological effect about buying cheap stuff, idk why. People feel the get what they pay for.
(It would have helped if we knew the product)

My dad told me of a store manager that could not get rid of some pens, so he put them in a bucket (by the register) they were 25 cents a piece, but the manager put 75 cents a piece or two for a dollar. People were buying them two at the time! and he got double what he originally asked!
It might work *?*, good luck.
Do you sell online as well?

Unfortunately people like to feel that they have got one-over someone, or have somehow got an amazing bargain at another expense.
Try pricing one of a rack of items a few dollars/pounds/yen below the rest. You'd be suprised just how many people will then seriously consider buying it just because theres only one and its cheaper then the others. They will assume you forgot to price it up with the rest of the stock or just made a mistake. When they pay for it, simply reprice another one.
Repeat ad-infinitum.
