I have a 'no contest' plea and I'm currently on probation for a domestic dispute. Will employers see this on my record and will I have a problem finding work? It's my first offense my entire life.

I know that under California law, a CHSPE degree is equivalent to a high school diploma, but PTCB (test for pharmacy technicians) is availbale only for those who graduated from high school or passed GED. I don't know if they recognize CHSPE - California High School Proficiency Examination.Do you know anything about it?

i don't know why i am getting this problem while typing in my computer. when i type " i get @ and when i type @ i get " instead. is there any relation with hot keys or any other problems? how can i correct this? thank you.

I have the SS-5 form filled out, I also have my certified copy of the marriage license to put with it. What other copies of stuff do I need to make to put with it all to mail to the social security office? We live too far away from one for me to actually travel there and present my stuff in person. So, I have the SS-5, the certified copy of the marriage license, and what else do I need to enclose in the envelope to mail? Do I need a copy of my drivers license or anything in there with the marriage license?

Her son is 2 months and 1 week. He doesnt make eye contact. Am I just worring about something that is not there. I really think it is strange that he doesnt look at faces. I have heard that you should bring it up to your Dr if this happens. I dont know how to bring it up to her. Should I and if I should how to bring it up?

my confusion lies in the fact that he tells me "I just don't understand how it is" and how he is different when he is home. Do they downgrade and talk bad about their wifes and girlfriends, to make them look good? He also tells me they have to watch what they say when women are working on the site with them, cuz of the sexual harrasment stuff, even though it isn't directed at them, it's what is said around them? I have glasses (+1.25 power)- eye dr. prescribed them for anytime I need them/all the time use if necessary. I have noticed that they help me to see better when I am on the computer, watching tv, even for distance but they are not strong enough for reading- letters are blurry and causes me headaches. Do I need bifocals? I am only 30 years old.

I realize you can get up to $12k FROM your parents tax-free per year, but can you gift money/property to them if they are in need? Seems logical, but our tax code tends to defy logic.
