wel last week i was chattn to an old mate of mine and he asked me if my frend who iwas tryn to set hm up with is still single. myfrend was on an off with her bf so i thgt i shud ask her and see what she says.
i txt her and she told me to giv hm her other numbr whch her bf doesnt knw she has....
wel wen i start tellln dis guy abt my frned he realises dat he already knows her and knows that she has bf!!!
so i jus say to hm she broke up with hm last week..but told hm to leave it for now...
then my frned she txts me sayn my bf read ur txts and hes really pissd off with you!!!!
and he wants me to choose between u an hm becasue he thnks im not a good frned to hav wantd to ruin her relationshp by gettn anothr guy involved...
now she xt me sayn that shes goin to send me a mean msg telln me that her bf doesnt approve of her talkn to me so she wants me to stop txtn her an stuff and wantd me to send one sayin dont worry il leave u alone for good now!!!just thngslik that so she cud prove2hm

Summary judgment was granted to the defendant despite the fact that defendant denied most of the material facts stated in the original civil complaint. How do I inform the court of appeals of this fact? (Even if one material fact is in dispute, summary judgement should NOT have been granted, but it was. So, how do I inform the Appellate Court of this fact?)

Im now 24, I have had Osteoarthritis in my big toe ( left foot) for five years. In recent months it has progressed to my little toes and now even to my other foot. The pain has become that unbearable i had to leave my job and search for a sit down job. Why has it gotten worse so quickly? . ( one and a half month at a job standing in the one spot, 9 hours a day )

I met a neighbour last year and her son hung around with my son, me and her son were talking and he said that his mum needed a good friend, so the next time i seen her i asked her in for a cuppa, she agreed, we got on like a house on fire, and everything was rosy, she was coming over everyday, eating here, her and her son, (im disabled) and she said that she wouldnt helping me, by doing housework because my daughter was at college all day, i offered to pay her and she refused, so i said that i would feed her everyday and that is how i would pay her for the work that she was doing.
We had a birthday party for my other son, and I seen another side of her, she had a few drinks and the I heard her life story, after that every time she had a drink thats the only thing that would be talked about, she went very possesive, telling me when i could go out and when i couldnt, also she went very weird with my daughter evrytime we talked she would butt in, if we had a disagreement she would butt

Hi, I am bit confused. I recently got a soft copy of an appointment letter from Halifax bank London and these people are asking me to join their company for the post of Audit manager, paying me 10170 Gbpounds and lots of benefits. They asked me to contact UK travel agency, who inturn, are asking me to pay 600 GB Pounds, then they would send me the visa. How far is this true even I am confused. ANY IDEA!!!!!??????

I have this most amazing box, I just cant stop showing it to people, seems everyone loves my box.....
Sometimes I just cant stop touching it.......
I was thinking of may be displaying it in the window for the world to see.... It seems such a shame to keep it hidden away......!


I am a little worried though that the sun may damage the wood.... what are your thoughts?

Convincing children to accept the existence of concepts for which there is no proof makes them more likely to be tricked, duped and conned for their whole lives. They get used to blindly taking peoples word without questioning what they hear. They become more malleable, controllable and more easily manipulated and sadly of all, less independent. Why do so many people insist on imprisoning their children within the cold, remorseless grip of organized religion?

like if someone was sentanced to death they could put an ad out for the chance to shoot someone in the face for like 500$. mabey if the sentenced person says its ok. like they could donate the money to somebody or something. then people could get the chance to legally kill someone for a small fee, the sentence can be carried out, and they would save people alot of money by not having to house the sentenced person for years and years

i noticed that whenever i flat iron my hair, it usually looks pretty nice up until the bottom layer's end of my hair. it's just...hard to explain it's messed up...my hairs somewhat short about an inch or two below my shoulder and layers. Will it become less obvious when my hair gets longer or should i ask for another cut?
