One's thinking is shaped by and is an interplay of multiple mental, cultural, experiential...factors. Thinking in a linear pattern often results to inflexibility. And that's often the most convenient direction encouraged by various cultures. Calling those who "divert" from such mode as "ignorant" or "clueless" is, most often than not, an act of self-importance and self-preservation at the same time by those who belong (or think they do) to the dominant group. It's certainly unfounded because, given the factors that shape our thoughts, people's thinking can diverge in so many directions. But to acknowledge such is scary for those who have the delusions that only their "truth" is what exists. It can likewise be unsettling to think that one or a group doesn't hold a monopoly of what is "correct". It is therefore very obvious that only the delusional and the insecure would perpetuate the belief that those whose ideas are contrary to theirs are "ignorant" or "clueless".

..well you know..Jesus has said to turn the other cheek,,so we have to be very calm..and we have to search for arguments to show that on the contrary it is a bright idea.But unfortunatelly sometimes the people say so stupid things..that lets you without words..mute..and everytime you see the person..you are unable to find the words. once i found a way to explain that i was right very late..when i lost contact with that person..
in short the subject was this..i said that the kids from countriside are clever..they know about devil..she said that believing that devil exist means to be ignorat.(i was teacher of literature, and she was teacher at primary school- how do you say ..?)so ..i was shocked..actually she told me i was ignorant despite the fact that i graduated from a famous faculty at University!the faculty of culture and civilisation actually!
so i could say nothing..along the rest of the time we met..but when i mouved ..i discovered what i could tell her.i would tell her that Shakespeare and Goethe and Poe. the biggest writers of the world..and ...which are big classic writers in our country has shown up in their works that devil exists!
besides..The if she would acknowledge that God exists , the christian God..she has to acknowledge that satan exists, because God talks about him, as being His enemy and our enemy..and he came to tempt even Jesus.
If she would deby the existence of God..which would be a mistake.,..because the teachers don't do it..it would be a shame!- then i would tell her that unfortunatelly i preffer to believe in God- the one who could make a world and the peopel..then believe in her!
And also..that i would better believe in Shakespeare, then in Darwin or Jung, on the same reason!
So i discovered 2 things:that she has read neither the bible...nor the most powerful writers of the world..and she was a teacher for primary school..at countriside!

Because people are set in their ways, and they are correct.
Those are the ones I call , over opinionated
but an opinion is like an @zz, everyone has one, but I wonder sometimes, cause it seems that some have 2

It means your not knowing the truth. You are ignorant of the truth in the bible. The truth about God So do not just guess on wht to say if you have no basis and foundation wht to say. We based our answers in the bible and it will serve as our basis in our belief for the truth.

everybody have their own opinion. Even at school every student have their own opinion. Sometimes even students don't agree with their teachers. The correct way that we must do is to appreciate their own opinion and try to respect even if its wrong.Because every body has the right for the respect of other people also.

Do you think people who think that way are ignorant then? It seems you are bashing people who consider others ignorant...... basically you think the same way toward them as they think toward people who disagree. You are as bad as them.

People want for you to ONLY agree with them..never mind that what they might say is "their opinions"..but rather "These are actual facts, from my brain!!!"
I have dealt with these types before..and it certainly will not be the last time, either! LOL!

Maybe you were ignorant, maybe you were right. I don't know because I don't know what you are talking about. If I tell you that you are ignorant, then you should listen up.
