I would like to see a new head coach if we lose the next two games. I also think the General Manager A.J. Smith needs to be fired as of right now!!!

perhaps we need a new defensive coordinator and an easier schedule. Or maybe a GM that realizes we've been getting by with LT and Gates, without a legitimate threat wideout. the absence of Parker illustrates that. The Chargers have been buzz sawed so far, lets see how the season plays out. A new head coach now guarantees a losing season

I'm not a Chargers fan, I'm a Raiders fan, but I feel for anybody that has The Norv for a head coach. There should be a law that no team is allowed to hire Norv as a head coach. Your defensive coordinator kinda sucks too, there's a reason he was available, he sucks. Maybe your as*hole GM needs to coach the team.

Your season is already toast unless Norv can turn the team around, and he wont. A new coach will only complicate things at this point. The best thing for you guys to do now is fire that damn GM of yours and get one that is not so controlling and can actually work with a strong willed coach so that you can get a strong willed coach in the off season.

I'm with you - I couldn't believe they fired Marty and then to hire that guy? I'll tell you this if we still had Marty we'd be 4-0 right now. I am pissed and depressed about the whole situation. Marty's never gonna be hc for the chargers again - So they gotta start thinking about other quality hc's they can get. I am hoping they fire him during the season but in reality i think they'll wait till the seasons end - unfortunatly it looks like the end of december for us :( i'm trying to stay possitive but it's hard when the raiders have a better record than us

Norv isn't thesource of the problem, its AJ Smith. It all comes from the people who are making the decisions. Face it, a front office guy might not like his head coach. But a good head coach is a good head coach, he is not there to win a popularity contest. I think you gotta get rid of AJ and Norv.
I think Marty's having a good laugh right now.

You know hiring Norv Turner was a bad idea to begin with, now we need to fire him and AJ Smith too. Marty was a good coach but AJ Smith don't think so. The Chargers season gonna be over soon if they don't get their act together. I say we hire a new coach now and just fire Turner and AJ Smith.

Yes ,dude, Norv Turner is not a head coach. He came into a situation with arguably the most talented team in the nfl. Definitely the best running back in the league. A team that went 14-2. WTF? He destroyed that ****** team's chemistry. Now they're wishin the Marty back. Who fires a coach that was 14-2?! In the famous words of Napoleon Dynamite....."friggin idiots!!!!"

Good for them and AJ Smith. Well not the players, but management gets what they deserve. Smith didnt get rid of Marty because of that playoff loss, he did not like him and made that very clear even before that loss, this was personal, and the owner let him do it. Even though Marty had the support of his best player LT. So let them rot and hopefully AJ will find himself on the outside looking in like Marty.

Just look at the numbers LT's putting up!! ha! it's nothing! That team is stupid as hell for getting rid of a 14-2 coach for a guy with an overall LOSING record.
