I'm quite seriously overweight, but I have recently started doing something about it.
I've altered my diet completely so now it's very healthy, I'm eating a lot less, and I'm getting exercise.
However, I want to start swimming again, and maybe going to water aerobics, but I have a problem there.
I'm embarassed to take my shirt off and go into a swimming pool full of thin people, as I'm ashamed of my blubbery body.
I know of course that it doesn't really matter, but that doesn't make it any easier.
How can I convince myself that it doesn't matter?
