Really, in the self governing laws of Witchcraft, placing hexes and curses is looked down upon. Many magic practitioners believe that the the curse or hex will return to the person who created it.
To get rid of them... there are all sorts of banishing rituals. cleansing spells or protective workings that could be used.
Most often, a hex or curse is related to an object, so think about anything you may have been given or found before this period of bad luck.
Positive thinking can also be used to counter act a jinx or hex.

I'm not trying to be rude or mean but are you quite sure you are being hexed, cursed or whatever or just looking for an excuse so you can deal with the hardship you are experiencing at this time in your life? If that's the case, then you cannot get rid of what was never there in the first place. Try some couseling.
If, however, you have proof you are being hexed, etc., I would consult a professional, a medium or a psychic or someone who could help you tract down whoever is doing this to you and help you out. You don't want to start meddling in things you know nothing about as you might make matters worse.

What makes you think it is witchcraft? And why do people have to find scapegoats to blame their problems on? Every Christian I know blames the devil (or some such) for everything that goes wrong in their lives and praise God and take credit if life is wonderful. You realize that witches also follow the Wiccan Rede "Do as thou will and in it harm none" Much like to golden rule "Do unto others as you would have done to you". The big difference is that WE LIVE by that rule whereas most people have little regard for the Golden rule. My suggestion is to look inside and try to find out the real reasons for your woes. Could be something as simple as Radon poisoning. Odorless, colourless gas. Try to look for a LOGICAL reason, not a fantasy one.

First, the person who did this is/will suffer the same general thing. This can work to your advantage. Second, use your will. Focus on negating anything bad set against you. Believe your will is stronger and you will win. Nobody can harm you unless you allow them to. Simply do not allow it to happen.
