If your foods warmed up to room temp it is still edible just dont try to cool it back down to ridge temp. People have managed without a fridge in the past and they didnt all die of food poisoning.

If it was only slightly open, the food will have been at the correct temperature and is safe to eat. Getting rid of all the frost is another matter.

i would close the door again and turn ur fridge upto the coldest setting and it will be fine aslong as it wasnt right open ,does the food still feel slightly chilled?

I would not risk eating the eggs.
The rest of the food should be okay depending on what your kitchen temperature was.

The food is probably okay if it looks and smells okay. You might get sick when you open your electric bill though.
