My B/F, was baptised Methodist, but had his Communion and Confirmation in a Catholic church, is it necessary for him to be baptised as a Catholic?. And in my case I have not been confirmed yet, is that something necessary as well?. If you would provide me with some link for me to show him, would be greatly appreciated.

My doc said my cholesterol was a little high at 150. She said it is not that bad, but because of high blood pressure and my father dying at 63 after two cardiac surgeries, she would like to put me on a cholesterol lowering drug as a precaution. Is this something anyone else has been advised to do?

My son was required to sign a form in order to park his vehicle on school property. It had the basic stuff like: Must park in designated student areas; Must follow speed limit on school property; etc. There is also a rule, #6, that states exactly (I'm writing it directly from the form): "Vehicles parked on school property are subject to inspection and searches by school authorities with or without the assistance of law enforcement officials and specially trained dogs. These inspections and searches can be conducted without notice to or the consent of the student." Ok, first of all, I understand the whole, "for the safety of the student" thing, but there is also something called the US Constitution and the 4th Amendment which specificaly states that this type of action is illegal. This is a public school and an open campus. For me this is about rights, not admission of guilt. So, if you say, "If you have nothing to hide, then....." I'd rather not hear it. Thx for all replies.

My cousin is naming her daughter Patience. She doesn't like that spelling and thought of spelling it Payschience, but we all think that's too long and it will take forever for the girl to spell it. So we're trying to come up with shorter, easier spellings for the name. It can start Pa, Pae, Pai, or even Pay, but we don't really like the Pay... Thanks for the help!

She takes depakote and ambian for sleep. She does become groggy but won't fall asleep. She almost seems like she gets aggitated and losses patience then ends up sleeping in my room on our reclyner. Any one with any suggestions please!

My dad is the biggest jerk i know. He is very self-absorped and told me that i would be a horrible mom and i should give my baby up for adoption and that this is impossible to do and i won't ever do it and i'm helpless..
