It simply won't happen in a month. What you will see in a month of dedicated excercise and healty, low cal diet is the start of a good thing. No doctor in his/he right mind would say this is possible in a month let alone a 1/2 month.

Make a daily exercise timetable. Go for a light run first thing in the morning, eat a good breakfast, do twenty push ups and 40 sit ups, go to work/school/whatever. Go to the gym on the way home and get a month's worth of membership if available. Join one of the intensive fitness classes and get involved - you'll find its a mixture of people who all are mostly there for similar reasons to your own. When done, go home, have a good dinner with plenty of protein involved, do some sit ups, push ups and maybe even some yoga. Rinse and repeat.

Another alternative if you have the cash is to hire a personal trainer.

Even SURGERY can't get you the results you want in ONE MONTH!!!!!
(Don't forget the RECOVERY TIME) ;)

You're looking at anywhere from 6-8 weeks (or more!!!) - and that is ONLY if you are doing an INTENSE workout at least 3 times a week (and HEAVY amounts of Cardio on the off days). Add to this the PROPER diet - and throw in some supplements (which you WILL need for such a rapid transformation) - and you should be good to go ;);););)

Suggest you go to the bookstore and look up The Ultimate New York Body Plan, by David Hirsch. He says you can do it in 2 weeks. It is a very hard regimen though. Not for the faint of heart.

eat bulky foods, umm hmm hard to expain. ok pop tarts have the same or soetimes more calories than a hamburger (depending on what kind) but a hamburger will most definatly fill you up where as a pop tart will not.

51 120? not that far i wouldn;t think. but thats just me. do crunches to work on the lower abs, but it is a good idea to go to the gym and just start doing things. just remeber to work on pairs, i.e if u do your abs, then you need to do your back ect.
